loved staying at this Airbnb! It was very clean, quiet, and location was perfect! it was a steal for what we needed it to be - an apartment away from home. concierge was very sweet to help with check in questions & prompt when we had issues with turning on our towel heater. the washer was very convenient, however the dryer didn’t seem to dry our stuff even after 2-3 cycles, but thanks to the drying rack that was provided it eventually got dry. thank you for this amazing stay, we will be back!

Everything was as described, everything was ok, communication was very friendly and quick with questions

Stayed 1 month, staff was very welcoming and helped me with suggestions for London travel. Room was good, although bed was UK king size not US king size for foreigners. Good bath, kitchen and living room. Plenty windows with street view. Blackout curtains were good, heating and lighting control too. Gym is small but has all essentials. You have food and supermarket places within the same block so that is great for long stays. Tube station is also a block away, very ideal. Overall great stay. Again staff really makes a difference.

We were helped up the stairs (of which there were quite a few as we were top floor) with our bags. The location is great. The room met our needs in that we had comfy beds and we could put milk in the fridge for cups of tea. We could have cooked a Simple meal, but It’s not the location for staying in so we didn’t do that.

Such a good location for events at the O2, staff at the pub were really friendly and welcoming, the pub has good food and a great atmosphere! room was clean and well equipped, bed was comfy! had all we needed, would definitely stay again :)

The location is perfect. Near to everywhere. You can walk or use underground. The room is on the 4 th floor. That is only disadvantage but it was not problem for me. The room was clean.

Extremely convenient place to stay- a very quick walk to Oxford street and was close to Hyde park for winter wonderland. Very easy to get the tube to other sights as it is very close to Baker Street underground. The staff were very friendly and managed to store our bags for us. They also got us checked in sooner than expected which was great. We were very happy with the service and would stay again.

Had a great stay. Central location. Some noise from the street but not excessive.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The only unclear thing was check-in where information was only given 30 minutes before which was not helpful when planning around commuting from outside of London.

I liked the hotel and the room, it was neat and tidy, no hassle during check in ad finding place, Tesco McD and lots eateries nearby, during night time I felt unsafe as I saw people smashing car windows and shouting and screaming. Apart from that everything was fine

Beautiful hotel, very well located but the best is the staff service

We were really happy with our stay. Everything from our booking, to communications, to our overall night here, was relaxed and easy. It was a perfect place to set up for a night and was right beside the Emirates Stadium which made going home from a game, that much easier. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future.
