Very nice place, clean and modern. The host was helpful and gave us clean towels every day. The kitchen is a little small for a longer stay but still functional.

Absolutely incredible in all aspects. Location was mind blowing, snow capped mountains on one side and ocean on the other. Inside the cottage is beautiful, well thought out, high spec and pristine. Extremely quiet, private and peaceful. Bed is super comfy, not one bad word to say about the place. 5000/10 absolutely recommend. We'll be going back without a doubt.

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

Poppy’s place is well located. The room is clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our two day break at Poppy's place. Very close to the waterfront and loved watching the sunrises in the morning. Easy 10 min walk to the restaurants and shops. The apartment was well equipped with comfy beds and clean utensils.

This apartment was perfect. Very luxurious. I was really impressed with the fully decked out kitchen! everything you needed right down to measuring cups etc for baking. lovely spacious rooms. Best shower ever! Even a washing machine and drier in second bathroom. nice outdoor deck with table and chairs. biggest tv ever :) a lift right outside your door as you are 2 stories up.Highly recommended and will be telling friends and family for future stays in Kaikoura.I will definitely be back. The Cottage at Harrogate is the best place to stay when in Hanmer Springs. Its our favourite place and we try and book our stay there every year! Ryan and Ania keeps the place tidy, spotless and comfortable. It is home away from home—— with very cozy and functional! Their kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for our family of 6. And its just few minutes walk from all the restaurants and hot pools. Nothing more you can ask for! Ryan and Ania has been extremely helpful with flexible check in time and they even message me if we needed anything after our check in. I highly recommend their place. Thanks again Ryan and Ania! Had a lovely stay, Susan was easy to communicate with, beds were comfortable, outdoor area was great. Walked into town, nice distance. Must remember to hire sheets or take your own, the sheets we hired were good quality. If doing a self clean, always a good idea to take photos of how you left the property. Would happily stay again.

Andrew was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all questions and queries. He was proactive in reaching out to us when there was an unexpected power outage. The house and the kitchen were very well appointed. Plenty of room for us all. I recommend his property to others.

My partner stayed there while on a solo fly fishing trip. Perfect place to base himself and a lovely spot to come back to after a day on the river. He’ll be going there again.

This was our first holiday with our dog who is 15 months old. The house is totally set up for dogs and humans alike. Daniel was great to deal with and made us feel at home from the beginning. You can feel this classic holiday home is loved by its Owners and we appreciated that they shared their holiday home with us. Well equipped, great outlook and close to amenities. Would come here again as it worked so well and we felt so welcome. The fire is awesome on a cold day/night.
