Beautiful place to stay! Ava and her mom were incredibly helpful and so friendly. Everything was exactly as described, even better. Appliances and kitchen supplies were so nice. Would ABSOLUTELY book here again 🥰

Amazing Hostest! The AirBnB was beautiful as pictured and larger than expected. It is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will definitely be booking again!

Our first visit to Clarksville was very pleasant and quite fun. So many choices on Airbnb but we hit a home run with Julian and 2nd street lofts. Centrally located but a feeling of a closely knit neighborhood. We got exactly what we expected and needed. Easy access to downtown and the military base as well as other necessities. The Mailroom restaurant is 1/2 mile down the road and Yellowtail had excellent food. The loft was quiet and had plenty of parking. Julian was an available for any necessity but quite honestly we had no need for much communication as they provided everything we needed.

This place I will stay here again. I felt comfortable and Ava made it so stress free. Thank you so much. We enjoyed this Airbnb.

Myself & two friends rented out this place for the weekend for a small bach trip. Ava & the airbnb itself were awesome! Ava gave clear directions for the location, where to park, how to get in, & even a list of recommendations of things to do/places to eat which was also helpful. She was very responsive when we had questions. We ended up leaving things & she is having them shipped back home to us. The airbnb was absolutely adorable!!! Very clean & smelled nice! Beds were comfy, just enough space for us, & it was quiet (we only saw other people a handful of times). The only tiny negative thing, the locks to get in the building & our room were a little finicky. Putting in our code, they were always over/under sensitive to touch. Also, I’m pretty sure they don’t lock back on their own (if so, it takes over a few mins) so make sure to hold the lock button when you leave or arrive to lock up. Overall 10/10 & would def stay again & recommend!! Thank you Ava!!! ❤️

Easy check in. Clean and comfortable beds. Great starting guide with good information and great recommendations around town. Peaceful neighborhood. The garage is great! It does have a good amount of stairs (place has 3 stories of stairs) 1st floor has 1 room with 4 bunkbeds and a bathroom though. Just keep in mind if someone traveling with you has difficulty. Bathrooms are beautiful and the shower has great water pressure. Kitchen has everything you’d need to make a good meal. Definitely recommend!

Ava was a great host! She gave clear instructions on how to find the place and was very responsive when I reached out to her.

Well I had an issue with the wifi and Julian came to the property and solved my problem. I had no other problems and I was happy with the unit.

Cozy, clean place with very thoughtful amenities like snacks and extra of everything you might have forgotten. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Location location location everything was perfect the pull out couch was the only thing I dislike because it was wore in but other then that the stay was perfect and I will be returning…..Go ahead and book you will not be disappointed trust me 10/10

Julian was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we were ok. The place was extremely clean I definitely would stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and our dog. This place was clean, rooms were stocked with essentials, and location felt very safe and secure. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Uber rides are relatively cheap and quick. Would stay again!

Julian’s place was perfect for us. The location was great and easy to get to. It was less than 10 minutes from my daughter’s house. It was clean and inviting. There were plenty of dishes and many coffee cups…so many coffee cups. We had to move some of the coffee cups to another shelf so we had somewhere to store the food we brought with us. There is a spice rack but it didn’t include salt or pepper. These are not deal breakers because the place is really tidy and convenient. It’s a very quiet area of town. Not sure if it is busier at different times of the enters though. We stayed in early March.

The property was lovely. It was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Tried a few of the restaurant recommendations from the hosts and they were absolutely amazing!

James’ place was amazing. It’s set back away from any major street but still had easy access. The apartment was CLEAN! It smelled fresh and clean, almost like our home. The furniture was enough and worked well in the space. The bed was like a pillow. The bathroom was fresh and clean. I rent AirBnB properties regularly. This was the best. They had live music on the premises from a group of local singer/songwriters. It was fun. Everything was great. The residents were respectful and friendly. Nashville “hot” chicken is available only a few minutes away. The apartment is close to everything. I would stay at James’ place every time I’m in Nashville. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay if you are wanting something central to many things to do, something neat and tidy, and something quiet.

One of the cheaper places I could find in Nashville. Not in a super walkable area but for the price it is worth it to take Ubers! Overall great experience in this air bnb and if you don’t mind having to drive this is a good option.

Great place! Gate provided security. No problems with parking, and it was free! Location is not really a walkable area but just a quick drive to downtown Broadway and other locations. Pool is small. Coffee was available in the unit ❤️ and while it only has one bathroom the sink in the second bedroom helped! It meet the needs for four adults very comfortably. Would definitely recommend for your stay.

Great place to stay. Do not rent this place for the pool. Speak Easy was excellent. Location was an easy Uber/Lyft to lots of areas.

This place was just what we expected, and was comfortable. Easy to get in, host was flexible with arrival time, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved our stay, and loved coming back at the end of each day to a cozy hangout and bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 1865. We will definitely be back!
