A modern and well- designed home located in the Neversink area of the Catskills. 3 night minimum. The Tiny House has been updated with high-speed 500 Mbps wifi and a separate landline. There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. The house is a short drive to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Enjoy walks in the woods, country drives, or relax on the deck overlooking the pond. 3- night minimum stay. We require our guests to be 24 and over. Maximum of 2 adults. No pets .

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin features a seasonal (Nov-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug.

Come enjoythe oasis on the pristine headwaters of the Neversink River with huge backyard, river access, and great kitchen amenities. Offers four bedrooms, and two large baths with bright, sunny living areas. You won't be roughing it! We have a large outdoor stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a hot tub, quiet trails for private walks, and all the nature you love. There are three outdoor seating areas for meals and relaxation, a woodstove, and a picture perfect kitchen.

This stunning house has been renovated and offers total privacy and serenity - sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Situated on five acres inside the Catskills Park alongside a babbling brook, this mountain escape is perfect for couples, a friends retreat, or family getaway. Or put on a record and get cozy indoors with the woodburning stove and a variety of board games!

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show. A gorgeous, spacious and secluded retreat with a fabulous swimming/skating pond and two wood-burning stoves surrounded by 135 acres of meadow and hiking trails, and a short jaunt to miles of untouched wilderness. This 160-year-old farmhouse is super cozy in winter and can easily accommodate large groups but offers plenty of privacy.
