Property is located close to restaurants and many outdoor activities including the town beach and docks. There is a pass available to bring a car to the Clinton town beach.

Explore 88-acres of woods, New England rock walls, streams, meadow and pond all without leaving our beautiful native landscape. We are conveniently located within a 10 minute ride from I95/Rt.9, the quaint villages of Chester, Deep River & Essex or down to the CT shoreline. We are also a working herb farm and happy to arrange farm tours, medicine making classes, or plant walks/guided hikes.

Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

"Sweet Caroline" is a charming 4 bedroom shoreline colonial that has been recently renovated to provide an up-to-date feel while maintaining it's 1920's charm. We fell in love with this home last summer while visiting friends and family and decided to make it our home away from home.
