We loved this charming apartment. The space was comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Dorata was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

Even better than the photos! We spent most of our time on the patio with great seating, lovely view, hummingbirds visiting and in the fantastic hot tub! Our dogs LOVED the open grass to run in. The beds were comfy and cozy and the kitchen/bathroom were very well stocked.

A quaint and beautifully decorated home with everything we needed. The location was central and perfect!

We travelled from SC for an overnight trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peggy’s place! It was just like it’s described, great location too! The porches are perfect for morning coffee. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Peggy is a great host, her response time to my messaged was quick, she was very accommodating to us and our arrival time! Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

If someone wants to come back, you know you hit the mark! We are definitely rebooking for future travel and recommend anyone looking for a nice spot near a river with easy access to outdoor activities and a place that you feel so comfortable in that you forget your traveling, go ahead and plan a stay here.

Place was as described and felt very welcoming. Entire place was clean and it had all those little things, particularly those in the kitchen that made cooking and saving food easy. Plenty of hang out spaces from the porch to the solo stove to take advantage of morning and evenings. Very walkable to restaurants and shops and trails.

I was in town on business and stayed 3 nights at the Town Mtn Villa #2. The unit was 1 of 3 units located in a large log cabin. The surroundings and outdoor views look just like pictures in the listing. Large decks and beautiful sitting areas surround the log cabin. The unit was very recently updated and offered a full oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The unit is just minutes to Pike U and Pikeville proper. The location was easy to find and access. The price per night was an exceptional value for the quality of the unit. Overall I would give it 5 out of 5 stars and recommend this unit to anyone looking for an alternative to the hotels in the area. One thing to note: you may not get to park near the unit. Parking is somewhat limited, with only 2 small upper parking spots and multiple units available for rent. Parking next to the unit is not guaranteed. To address this they offer additional parking areas over the hill near the roadway. Great place, would rent again.

We loved the cottage! The ambiance was beautiful, it was decorated really well and felt so homy and comfortable. The outdoor space was so inviting. We enjoyed the hottub after our race as well. We loved Damascus and the accessibility to all the trails. Highly recommend.
