The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Il mio alloggio è vicino a splendide viste panoramiche, in posizione esclusiva immersa nel cuore della Garfagnana a due passi dal Lago di Vagli, dove si può attraversare il ponte tibetano sospeso sul lago e provare l'ebbrezza del volo dell'angelo che sarà inaugurato il 6 maggio. Puglianella è un ottimo punto di partenza per percorsi trekking, pace, relax e prodotti locali a vostro uso esclusivo. Presenti nei dintorni ristoranti, attività per la famiglia e vita notturna.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley.
