Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 minutes to Walmart. In between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both cities one hour away. Great to visit them & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. There is WI-FI and Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Guests can remain completely secluded or visit!

Our camp sleeps 6 comfortably: BR#1 sleeps two. BR#2 sleeps 4 in a full bed + twin bunks. Family room has a sectional for extra sleep space & an optional queen sz air mattress, smart tv+WiFi. ⚠️ Located close to a busy road. I provide sound machines and a fan. But if you’re a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs.⚠️ Enjoy a stylish experience at our cottage! This little house has lots of country charm with some glam in the mix. We’re centrally located in Columbia. We have a Barber shop in the parking lot. There’s restaurants right across the street. 10 minutes down the road is a golf course. 3 miles up the road is the river with scenic walking trails.
