We've stayed here several Times as it is right by our daughter's dorm at Vandy. It is a great spot and the hosts are wonderful! It's one of our Nashville favorites!

Clean, very close to Ascend Amphitheater that we were able to walk. Host was always available for questions with quick response.

This place is perfect! It’s so clean and felt like my own home. She had cleaning products, facial products, contact solution, lotion, toilet trees, kitchen products etc. literally everything. She’s super sweet and is quick with responding. Will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! Super location just minutes (and I mean minutes) from everything including Broadway, Music Row, The Gulch, Coffee Shops etc. yet quite enough to feel relaxed when you get back from a day of hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is really nice/safe, and very walkable. The main building itself is secure, quiet, and clean with ample covered parking in a gated garage. The unit itself is beautiful (exactly like the pictures.) It had everything you would need for a great stay and was beyond clean. Although there were no issues during the stay (it was a 3 month stay for a work internship), Angela was extremely responsive when we had questions. After this experience, this place now feels like a home away from home and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when returning to the city. You absolutely can't go wrong renting this unit! It's got to be one of the best options with the best host in the area!

Very nice place for us to stay for four nights. It was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were good sizes.

We stayed here for a girls trip - it was perfect. Place is clean and comfortable. Walkable to all the great food and shopping 12 South offers. Ubers were quick (4-5 minute wait at the most each time) and they had no trouble locating us, plus it felt safe in a friendly neighborhood. If we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay with Louie at The Dolly again.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

Our stay at Chad’s home was nothing short of amazing! From our very first messages, Chad‘s team was highly responsive, extremely accommodating, and made everything from booking to traveling a breeze. The home is incredible - spanning over four levels, our group of seven girls admired the tasteful decor, extreme cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout. The rooftop was hands down the cherry on top of it all! Every morning I went up there to meditate, stretch, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Nashville. Seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting this wonderful city! Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs LOL - which was just my excuse to skip working out for the week. Cozy, quiet, and clean. My parents came in town with their 4 dogs and stayed here and absolutely loved it! They will be back and will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Good place to hang out, enough space and sleeping arrangements for our group. Neighborhood was a little run down, but for our group not an issue. Overall was worth the money and would use this house again.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Great location to visit the city. Easily accessible to everywhere you’d want to visit in Nashville. The history of the building is pretty neat too. Host were very responsive and accommodating. Big thank you.

Amy is a very responsive host. Check in was a breeze. The accommodations were very comfortable, practical, very clean, and up to date. The location was convenient as well to Vanderbilt and Belmont U or a quick ride to downtown.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! Anthony’s apartment was exactly as advertised!! Extremely comfortable and felt like home!! The grounds are well kept and safe. Great location short Uber to broadway. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the mile trek to Whole Foods to stock up for the weekend. Lots of browsing while walking. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories!

Dorinda’s place is even better in person! We had a group of 6 girls and it was so perfect. The beds were comfy and the details of the decor is seriously amazing. The location is a safe area and we all felt comfortable walking to the strip even though the Ubers are very affordable. I would definitely recommend for a bachelorette or girls trip!

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay at Rindi's! Very close to Broadway and all Nashville has to offer. We went to a show at Nissan stadium and it was very walkable.

Me and my boyfriend made a quick weekend getaway to Nashville for his birthday. Zac was so proactive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Zac’s place is very clean, tidy, and we felt very safe. The people we interacted with while at the condo were also very friendly and easy to get along with. The instructions Zac gives is very clear, and the condo is very easy to find. Zac was great to check in and make sure we were settled and we had no questions. Publix is right across the street, with Restaurants being in walking distance. This condo is not in the smack middle of main street Nashville, it’s more on the outskirts so if you are looking for somewhere that’s not in downtown Nashville, this is perfect for you. I would recommend Zac and this rental property !
