Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You’ll be welcomed to our newly renovated annexe in the heart of Ilfracombe, on historical Fore Street. Our house is approximately 250 years old and ‘the annexe’, is a cosy one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private entrance. We’ve paid attention to detail, so you can enjoy luxurious hotel quality linen and art and decor from local artists and artisan makers. The annexe is a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and plenty of great independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

This handcrafted dwelling is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
