This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. Peaceful home on a four acre property that is located adjacent to public access BLM land. Ride for miles on your ATV, UTV, or horses. Large horse paddocks are available on site. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. Relax in the outdoor hot tub while watching the sunset. A large yard for parking big rigs. Horses are an additional $15 per day per animal.

This newly-built cottage is set in the charming historic district near Park Avenue and it is just one mile from the Courthouse. Surrounded by trees and set away from any major roads, the place is extremely quiet. Deer, and the occasional javelina, often frequent the backyard. With modern farmhouse decor and amenities like Keurig coffee, soft linens and two televisions (cable and Netflix), you will be able to unwind and relax easily.

The home is located on a very quiet dead end street and offers a fantastic view. Only a mile from Safeway and shopping. The property includes 2.2 acres. The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package. Extended stay welcome. Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill.
