Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

A dog friendly, barn conversion situated down a quiet country lane, a perfect pace to relax and unwind. The living space is an open plan kitchen, diner and living room with an adjoining boot room and downstairs toilet. The ground floor is limestone tiled with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The stairs lead to a mezzanine style en-suite bedroom which can be either a king size bed or a twin room heated by radiators. The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an Icebox.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. Located on the outskirts of the beautiful Village of Whittington Nr Lichfield. 'Hademore Stables' is set within the private, gated Courtyard of our Small Holding 'Hademore Farm'. The Stables are a luxury conversion of a Timber & Brick Framed Stable with private parking & views over fields. We are next to the Canal with numerous beautiful walks & within walking distance to the Village centre with a Supermarket, Chinese take away & 2 superb village Pubs.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
