The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. See Hoburne's website for details on pools, bars, Gym, Sauna, boating lake and shows etc. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

The lodge has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room area, bathroom with shower and a lovely double bedroom. Situated on the deck is a two person Scandinavian wood fired hot tub which you an add as a special treat for an additional £55. Rowan Tree Lodge also has an outdoor bbq, outdoor breakfast area (including dining set and sofa)

Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Chalet South Cerney

The Chalet is in Cotswold Hoburn Holiday Park which is in the Cotswold Water Park. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds. The chalet is in a quiet area overlooking the lake only a 5 minute walk to the entertainment. Entertainment passes are available to use swimming pools and entertainment for £66 (2025) and cover everyone in chalet. It is preferred that guests bring their own bedding and towels.
