It has a great sized lounge/dining room with amazing views over the Solent and Cowes harbour. There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pans & glassware. There are 2 bath/shower rooms. It has its own front door accessed from the sunny south facing terrace which is great for BBQ & evening drinks. FFTP

Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Comfortable Victorian town cottage on three floors. Fully furnished and equipped for up to six people (please note, however, that there is only one bathroom). Walking distance from town centre and ferries, but on a quiet side street with very little passing traffic. A great place to feel part of the yachting life of Cowes, to have walking-distance access to Cowes-based organisations including UKSA and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation or as a base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight.
