Vanita's place is wonderful. Very comfortable. We felt right at home. It's close to the town of Woodstock, yet far enough away to feel secluded. Vanita herself is a communicative and kind host. Thank you, Vanita!

This space is so lovely, the hot tub worked perfectly and provided many cozy nights outside. The plants are BEAUTIFULLY tender and bring a loving atmosphere to the space. the linen sheets were so wonderful at the end of the day. we made it up the hill in a Honda insight, but if it were a tiny bit icy I don't think we would have been able to make it. definitely use 4wd if you have it. the hosts were very responsive. if the noise is too much in the bedroom at night (critters, rain,etc.) be sure to use the fan they provide, it helped us a lot :) the kitchen was a delight to use. sharp knives. big, metal surfaces. nice gas stove. big fridge.

Stephen’s place was great. Spacious and very comfortable for our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and a dog. All was very clean and well-appointed. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice place.

Amazing location, calm and private. A lot of wildlife and close breweries! Would definitely stay there again! 💕

My experience was beyond amazing. Nikki was thoughtful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Situated in a beautiful area of Lake Ariel, the house had everything and more in terms of amenities. I would recommend this house to any and everyone looking for a fun and peaceful trip to Lake Ariel!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin’s place! Every detail of the house was beautiful, from the cookware down to the speakers thoughtfully placed throughout the house. If you’re looking for a quick escape from city life, this is the place for you. Kristin even went out of her way to leave us a note celebrating our five year anniversary. Five stars. We stayed here as a group of 3 families for a ski weekend - one day at Plattekill and one at Belleayre. Both are very nearby. The house is large and well-equipped, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire with cocktails after our ski day. Very clear instructions and minimal clean-up were both appreciated by our group! We hope to return next year!

We loved our time at this beautiful cottage! We have been to lots of Airbnb’s, and most have been a good experience. This cottage was something more. We both felt instantly relaxed when we walked in the door. It was so cozy and comfortable. We slept great in the comfy bed. The pictures can’t describe the feeling of the place. Warm, cozy, peaceful, inspiring, comfortable, quiet and truly rejuvenating. I will be making a trip to the area again as soon as possible, just to stay in this cabin retreat.

The location is amazing—the house is set on a hill, which gives you a stunning view. Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

We had such a lovely stay! It was so nice being in the center of town and being able to walk to everything. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a respite; a perfect oasis with plenty of space for two people.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Sarah's loft was exactly as described. Parking was handy and the space felt safe. We were able to walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant as well as a nice walking path near the river. We definitely recommend this loft, especially for couples.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine's and Kyle's! Their home is very clean and was spacious for the 4 of us to relax and have an enjoyable time. They included a lot of nice and thoughtful touches, such as separate towels for the hot tub and even disposable slippers for outdoor use (i.e., travel back and forth from the hot tub). The kitchen is very nice, well stocked, clean. And a great location to many of the local hotspots.

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

We had an incredible stay at this home! It exceeded all of our expectations—super cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The detailed scan instructions made everything so easy. The kids absolutely loved the movie room, complete with a popcorn machine, cotton candy, and snow cone maker! The hot tub was ready to go, and the master bedroom was exceptional. My mother-in-law even mentioned that she wishes we could come back every month. Kevin was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our retreat — spacious, peaceful, and with a beautiful garden. The yoga room is fantastic and made a big difference for our group. We highly recommend it! Just one small note: be mindful with noise, as the neighbors are quite close. Other than that, everything was truly ideal for our retreat.

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

Great location, beautiful scenic views, very private with all amenities a small group needs for a perfect vacation or friends and family meet. Highly recommend it. EV charger in the garage was a big relief since we came in with two EVs. Easy check in. No difficulty in finding the house. Lisa was a great host. We will come back again.

It was so beautiful place, me and my family had ever been. House was supper cleaned, there were all needed things for adults and kids. We all have very good time. Host Andy was very communicative and friendly. We felt we were in our family❤️🥰 we hope if we have a chance will came back here again!
