We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

L'alloggio è in un quartiere tranquillo e ha vicino una bottega con prodotti della zona che consiglio! La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita, all'interno c'è tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa! Gli host sono stati molto gentili e disponibili! Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Abbiamo alloggiato per tre giorni in questa casa insieme ai nostri bassotti. la casa é molto spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ogni genere di omaggi di benvenuto e tutte le informazioni necessarie per l'utilizzo della casa. é ben attrezzata anche per lunghi soggiorni ed é indipendente e riservata. l'host é gentilissimo e molto disponibile, tempestivo nel rispondere. ci siamo trovate davvero bene e ci torneremo volentieri. consigliata a chi piace alloggiare immerso nella natura ma a pochi minuti da grazano visconti e dalla cittá. il luogo é immerso nei campi con una vista spettacolare.

Rita and her husband were very helpful and were there where we needed them. There was a low WiFi signal in the living room and front yard, 10 minutes after I texted Rita her husband came with an additional WiFi repeater and fixed the issue. When he came to visit I apologised for the clutter me and my family had in the living room and Rita's husband reply was priceless: "This is not a hotel, if you have clutter in the living room and kitchen, it means you feel at home - that's what this place is all about" , in deed it felt like home !

Eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone e la casa ha risposto al 100% alle nostre necessità. Posto super tranquillo, indipendente e a 10 minuti dai luoghi più frequentati della zona di Desenzano. Perfetto.

Nadia è stata gentilissima, check in flessibile senza problemi nonostante arrivo il 31 dicembre nel tardo pomeriggio. Appartamento in perfette condizioni, bagno ampio con doccia molto comoda e fornisce asciugamani puliti e ben ordinati nei mobili appositi. Camera da letto matrimoniale perfettamente in ordine e pulita Appartamento con presenza di antifurto di ultima generazione. Cucina ben attrezzata e ampia Appartamento per due persone molto comodo in una posizione ideale per raggiungere il lago di Garda Parcheggio auto di fronte all’appartamento privato, veramente comodo e utilissimo. Nonostante senza volere ho rotto una tenda nel bagno, Nadia ha capito la situazione e non mi ha chiesto un solo euro. Mi è dispiaciuto tantissimo perché ovviamente non ho fatto apposta. Ripeto, lei super gentile e disponibile in tutto e per tutto Risponde in modo rapido anche ai messaggi. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren super begeistert von unserem Urlaub bei Silvia. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos und wir durften einen riesen Bereich des Grundstücks mitbenutzen! Die beiden Gastgeber haben sich super schön um uns gekümmert trotz unserer fehlenden Italienisch-Kenntnisse! Die Umgebung ist wahnsinnig schön und nicht überlaufen. Kommen gerne wieder ♥️

Man möchte eigentlich gar keine Bewertung schreiben, so schön wie diese kleine Perle am Gardasee ist 😍 Wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Anna und ihrer Familie für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Eine Familie, ein Grundstück und ein Hund wie aus dem Bilderbuch 😉 Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, sehr großzügig und einfach total ruhig mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Eine Oase der Entspannung und Ruhe. Der Hund Diago ist super lieb und unsere Kinder waren beide total begeistert von ihm. Er hat zu keiner Zeit gestört oder gebellt und war total lieb. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind ebenfalls ein Traum. Fazit: alles in allem eine wahre Perle am Rande des Gardasee und Anna ist einfach die perfekte Gastgeberin. Es gibt keinen einzigen Punkt an Kritik, es war alles absolut perfekt, gerade auch mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Liebe Anna, vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit bei dir ☺️

This property is very clean and very new. The landlord was very helpful and provided us with a lot of help, and it was convenient to go to the city. We had a wonderful 3 days here and would highly recommend movie fans to stay

Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Parma. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Gerne wieder!

Un séjour plein de charme et bien rempli. Nous avons eu d emblé un vrai coup de coeur pour ce majestueux logement : l'espace, les volumes, la décoration, le confort, la lumière, le jardin privé, l immense cour intérieure si soignée et élégante remplie de chants d oiseaux. La localisation de cette batisse permet d accéder à pied à toute la vieille ville sans effort et l accès à la gare est très facile. Tous les commerces de bouche sont à 2 pas et nous avons apprécié de préparer et prendre nos repas à la maison ou sur la terrasse de plain pied. Seul bémol pour moi, les 2 immenses. chambres donne côté rue et donc on entend la circulation des voitures. Luigi s est montré très attentionné de A à Z et tous ses conseils étaient vraiment utiles pour découvrir Crémone et son âme.

Wir waren 14 Tage bei Eliana und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Es gab in der Küche einen großen Korb mit Brot, Keksen, und im Kühlschrank waren schon Getränke aller Art. Sogar 2 Flaschen Wein waren da. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und hat viele nützliche Kleinigkeiten, wie zusätzliche Fächer im Schrank für Wäsche, Socken etc. Es gab sogar eine Grundausstattung Kosmetik im Bad. Für 2-3 Personen hat man reichlich Platz. Da das Haus schon etwas älter ist, heizen sich die Räume im Sommer schnell auf. Aber es gibt eine mobile Klimaanlage und einen Ventilator. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Hafen, wo es zahlreiche Cafes und Restaurants gibt. Die Lage ist also ideal. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und Eliana ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin.

Great place to stay and visit Parma. We visited only one night as a stop-over and it was just great. Quiet, comfortable bed and everything you need, at hand in the apartment. Thank you for having us.

Anna ist eine sehr warmherzige und freundliche Gastgeberin. Durch ihre Art und Fürsorge hat sie ihre Ferienwohnung zu unserem zu Hause gemacht, in dem wir uns für die Zeit des Urlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern ist die Wohnung perfekt. Super auf die Bedürfnisse abgestimmt und entsprechend ausgestattet. Alles mit viel Liebe und einen Blick fürs Detail. The Mato Home was absolutely amazing. My wife and I stayed for a week for our honeymoon and it was best week we have spent together. The home is amazing with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is quiet and very safe. Everything inside the home is updated and easy to use. Marta is an amazing host probably the best we’ve had at any AirBnb. She is very friendly and responsive. This place is absolutely worth the price and then some. The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable and porch is absolutely beautiful to use. I cannot recommend this place enough for any kind of stay.

è stato un piacere soggiornare in questa splendido appartamento: corredato di tutto e di più,, arredato con gusto sopraffino dalla padrona di casa, dotato di una terrazza con vista sul lago da sogno!! la casa si presta ad essere vissuta tranquillamente in 3/4 persone c'è spazio per tutti! potersi alzare e sorseggiare il caffè della mattina dalla terrazza con la vista non ha eguali, ampia la terrazza ci abbiamo cenate 2 sere su 3, ben attrezzata la cucina c'è di tutto. la padrona di casa è stata gentilissima e ci ha lasciato tutti i dettagli del caso, c'è un garage che ospita 4 biciclette attrezzate anche con seggiolini per portare i più piccoli, la casa è situata in un bel complesso e c'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina con un ampio giardino. è molto vicina la centro di Desenzano ci si arriva con la pista ciclabile in 5 minuti, difronte alla casa c'è un ampio parcheggio per la macchina. Esperienza che consigliamo vivamente abbiamo passato 4 giorni indimenticabili

Alloggio molto pulito, ci siamo trovati benissimo....peccato per il tempo che non ci ha fatto godere a pieno del bel terrazzino della casa!!! Silvia e' molto attenta alle necessità dei suoi ospiti e ti consiglia su posti e cosa da fare in zona. Grazie !

Blev väl mottagna utav Aldo som hämtade oss på stationen. Visades runt i lägenheten och han uppmärksammade oss på allt vi behövde veta. Aldo var även tillgänglig för frågor under vår vistelse och det är mycket tacksamt. Lägenheten har ett fantastiskt läge precis intill gågata och stadens torg och restauranger. Ett litet minus är den lilla balkongen där vi inte kunde sitta alla 3 tillsammans. Rekommenderar verkligen Aldo som värd och lägenheten som hade allt vi behövde.

Мы отлично провели время!Все соотвецтвовало описанию - квартира очень чистая и уютная,хозяин очень любезный и внимательный.Приятно удивило рассположение - 5 минут пешком и вы уже гуляете вдоль озера. Рекомендую!

This was truly an amazing place to stay — the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the beauty and charm of Sirmione. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more special was the host — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can tell they really care about their guests. Definitely worth it — we’ll absolutely go back when we return to Sirmione!
