I loved this place - it's full of character, with a beautiful layout, comfy rooms and bedding, an excellent parking space and Rebecca's thoughtful hosting with a little note to us, set up to be nice and warm on arrival and with great kitchen basics and treats especially for us. My husband enjoyed reading about the history of the building - it is particularly remarkable that it remains amongst the high-rise apartments surrounding it. How special to have open space and trees enclosed on the property!

Nice, clean 2bed unit right next to the beach and close to the shops and food in Mordialloc.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

We needed a location in Melbourne that was easy for Trains, Trams, Skybus but also easy to transport around a young family (10 months and 4 1/2 ) . Queenie's place ticked all the boxes and yes - the views in the photo are 100% real. You'll wake up to harbour views every morning. As a host - huge thank you to Queenie for being accommodating, proactive and thinking ahead with things such as extra keys, high chairs, baby cots etc. Queenie made travelling with a young family super easy. Its a great apartment for Melbourne CBD folks. Book it when you can ! PS - don't forget, its within the FREE tram area. Go Melbourne !

It took a while for us to figure out that the apartment was easily accessible via the staircase from the carpark, as opposed to using the lift. But apart from that, the apartment was beautifully furnished, with the plants adding to a warm, homely feel. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a generally good experience. The host was communicative and check-in was smooth. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The carpets could have been cleaner, as there were some noticeable dirt and dust. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay. With some small improvements in cleanliness, it could be an even better option!

We had a great weekend away. House was great. Heaps of space and very clean and tidy. Would recommend Brendan’s place.

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

I was staying here for about 3 months for my placement here. It was so so so good. Could’ve never asked for more. The place felt so homely.. leaving the place already make me miss the melb and the home so much. Eliza was really very accommodating, helped us navigate and prepared the house perfectly for us. I came here for a student exchange and was very new to Melbourne but the house made me feel so welcoming and comfortable. I would really highly highly recommend airbnb-ing here if you want a good experience of a peaceful neighbourhood that is also nearing to the city but away from all the busy streets. Eliza is really kind and friendly🥺💕 The place is perfect for family , couples , students or anyone actually.

Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

It was a wonderful stay for a family of 3, very comfortable and lovely home. We felt at peace and rlaxed into our surrounds. We would book again with no hesitation. Close to shops and beach. Thank you Holly for sharing your home with us. Bronwyn

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Wicked location for footy fans and great host. The penthouse had awesome balcony with amazing views. Apartment was clean and tidy and had all the amenities. Will definitely be staying again when we are back in Melbourne.

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay, the apartment was pristine, the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Views from the apartment are spectacular especially at night. Area felt safe and well lit, there’s a supermarket literally downstairs in the same building and located just around the corner from the tram stop with a whole lot of restaurants and cafes near by. Yes the key lockbox is across the road but instructions to find it was very clear and Selina was very responsive in any questions I had

Great spot for a couple wanting accommodation near the city, has lots of places to explore in the area and close to Public transport for access across Melbourne.
