Red Bird Cottage is locate minutes away from one of Tennessee's largest and most visited parks, Fall Creek Falls State Park. We want to help guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home which is great for couples or families with kids, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Our cottage is a complete house with everything accessible to you as our guests. Red Bird Cottage offers all the amenities of home and more and is secured with a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

The Cottage is a private space conveniently located one block from the Gainesboro square in picturesque Jackson county. Close by are many outdoor activities such as fishing the Cumberland River or canoeing/kayaking on the Roaring River, where there is a boat ramp, a swim area & playground. Just 12 miles to Cummins Falls State Park & 25 minutes to Cookeville. If you’re a history buff, make sure to visit the incredible Jackson County Archives & Veterans Hall at 104 Short St.

Five Points Cottage. An amazing little place!

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

The cabin has a great open floor plan and is surrounded by a large wrap around deck and sliding doors in every room, you feel like you are in a tree house!

Deer Lodge Bed & Breakfast

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.

We are only 15 minutes from Tennessee Tech Campus and Cookeville Regional Medical Center and 12 minutes from CrossFit Mayhem. Come to rest or come to play at one of the nearby state parks and waterfalls. Spend the day perusing our adorable Historic Westside shops and restaurants.

Sisters Cottage

This 1950s remodeled home is perfect for a weekend get away! Cookeville has lots to offer and this home is right in the middle of town. Less than a mile from Tennessee Tech University, 10min from CrossFit Mayhem and only 20 min from beautiful parks, state and waterfalls. It’s cozy for a couple but yet great for a family with an upstairs with 2 twin beds to accommodate kids and larger groups!

A cute, quiet, relaxing retreat located 3 miles from the Livingston. Watch the wildlife graze right in front of your eyes and enjoy a man made lake off of a large deck. This cottage is a beautiful getaway for you! Enjoy an outdoor grill, fire pit and relax. We are located 20 minutes from Dale Hollow Lake and Cummins Falls.
