This condo was in a great location. It was close to everything, including our concert venue, yet the room was pretty quiet! There were six in our party and everyone slept comfortably. I can't really speak for all of the amenities since we weren't there for very long, but it seemed like one would have everything needed for a great stay! We only used it to get ready for a concert and to sleep for the night. I would stay again if I needed to!

Wonderful location close to shops for living and close to Gunstock for skiing! Highly recommend

My stay at 131 Lake St exceeded my expectations on every metric. The space was clean, cozy and comfortable; the location was convenient for practical (groceries, restaurants, etc), recreational (across the street from Paugus Bay, close to Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Gunstock et al) and professional (35-40 minutes to Concord) purposes; and Kimberly was an outstanding host. I never had a single problem that needed to be dealt with, but it was clear that she would be promptly attentive and helpful if such a situation arose. Highly recommended.

I had a stay at the condo. It was clean and very comfortable. The two restaurants onsite were very convenient and being so close to shopping and downtown was great too.

Kimberly's place was absolutely perfect! I was in a pinch for a place to stay for a couple weeks and she responded the morning I need to move. the place was spotless and had a nice view of the lake across the street. Kimberly was also kind enough to allow me a late check out. 10/10 would stay here again.

This is that one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the woods, unusually designed and arranged house that makes for a unique experience. Plus, Joseph is a most interesting and engaging host. We're so glad we found it.

We had a wonderful stay in Lowell. My husband is from a large family and we had room for everyone to join us for dinner and to play games. There are several parks nearby that we walked to with our yellow labs. We look forward to staying in Cindy’s Airb&b in the future!

Great unit right by the lake

Enjoyed staying in the condo a great deal. The linens were soft and cozy , the kitchen had a good variety of kitchen things.We found it was very comfortable for two people. Close to things to do surrounded by beautiful lakes.

Clean space, comfy solid mattress which has become a rarity among many newer airbnbs. gorgeous mountain views. and a heated pool!

We were in the area for a wedding and Mary’s condo was perfect for our stay. Our expectation matched the description and photos provided. The condo was clean and provided for everything we needed. Mary is a great host and was super responsive in addressing all needs / questions we had — both prior to and during our stay. You got the sense that Mary cared about your experience and providing products that makes your stay as good and as comfortable as possible. The condo has a nice view of the lake and is located in an area close to popular attractions. I’d definitely recommend Mary’s condo — both for the space, location, and the host (hospitality). Our stay was wonderful. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. So close to Gunstock Mountain. Walkable to a great restaurant. The home was so clean and cozy. Kelsie and Marc were extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

I also do Air BnB and we offer the TV services to our customers. That is one of the biggest thing I would recommend, along with additional cooking pans & lids. Overall I was very pleased with everything about the Air Bnb.

Caroline and Wasley were the perfect hosts ! Very receptive to all of my questions and answered always in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend staying here, the place is beautiful! Perfect for vacation getaways as well as traveling healthcare professionals!

What a dreamy family vacation and a wonderful host! Samoset is a family-vacation haven, the pool was lovely and perfect for my two toddlers, and we had a BLAST on the lake trampoline. Elizabeth's place was clean and comfortable - like we were staying at a family friend's vacation condo. Elizabeth was a super attentive and helpful host, a pleasure to rent from all around. Thanks!!
