As a group of 6 we really enjoyed this house. Spacious outdoor space and really comfy beds. One parking space on the drive and plenty of free parking available on the road. I would recommend this place for a relaxed getaway overlooking the ocean.

Such a lovely, sunny place in a wonderful location! The rooms are spacious and furnished so nicely. The King bed was very comfortable and perfect for my 6’7” husband. The balconies have great views. It was very easy to get there and check in/check out procedures were easy to follow. Being able to park at the back of the building was a nice perk. All in all, I would highly recommend this place. We will be back! Thanks for a great getaway!

This was our first time using Airbnb and our host, April, set the bar high! It was such a pleasant stay, and nothing could have been better. She is very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. My son slept on the couch and it was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The views right out the front door are incredible and everything is a short drive or a little walk away. They have some beautiful trails to hike and bike right out from the driveway. If we make it back to Half Moon Bay, we will definitely be booking this again! Thank you for a great experience!

I love Miramar beach, and this place was so cozy and unique! We found the place to be very roomy-We could hear the waves at night, see the waves crashing in the rocks from several windows…. (The only thing I wish was an opportunity was that the front windows opened so we could smell the sea air)….. But there was a couple of benches right out the front door to go sit upon which were 50 feet from the sea! The place had everything we needed! Even use of an additional full size Refrigerator located in the garage as we were staying for 4 days, and there was 3 adults. Also, very nice was the use of the washer/dryer in the garage. I loved the artful uniqueness of the waves house, and felt privileged to be surrounded by beautiful Art that the owner graciously shared and mostly the Ocean right at the front door. The famous Miramar Restaurant (one of our favorite places to dine) was a few houses down the block, right on the waterfront again! We had evetything and more! Thank you!

What a perfect little hideaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space, the deck with the fire pit, and the sounds of the rushing water from the creek below. Jonathan and Leianne were very responsive. I would definitely visit again.

The home is cozy and beautifully decorated. It is perfect for two people or three. But the 4th person is sleeping on a twin foldaway in the main bedroom. If it’s a child that’s fine. The space was small for 4 people since the only table for dining was only about 20 inches wide. The yard was great; sofa and beds were very comfy. I wish we were able to access the beach cliffs from the home, but it was listed accurately. And it’s only a short drive to access the beach. The game room is fun plus!

The house reminded us of a lighthouse, its vantage point to the sea where vistas of surf breaking close to 180 degrees from our vantage point. We walked to Mavericks, local restaurants, cafes, and local grocer, just one block away. We bbq’d a few nights and made meals in the spacious kitchen, as I mentioned before all windows face the ocean. It felt as though time had slowed, and we became part of the mana. A very memorable stay for myself and three adult sons.

This place is a gem. It's one of the cleanest Airbnb rentals we've had, and the skylights bring in wonderful light. The backyard is quite a luxury, as is listening to the waves across the street. It's definitely a busier corner, since it's right across from the pier, but being able to take a hike or walk through town by just stepping out the front door is 100% worth it!

Great place - really not that far from central SFO (25 mins in a car when it’s not rush hour). Totally worth the travel for for the view and space.

This was a great stay right by the shore. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was fine, the bed was fine. Overall, extremely pleased with this Airbnb. A few notes to help future guests- -the parking seems a little weird at first to block the garages but it looks like the host owns the whole building and rents out the other units as well. We parked in the described spot and didn’t have any issues at all *except*… -the parking spot is about 30 feet from the ocean and the waves are BIG crashing into the sea wall. Your car will be completely crusted in salt if you stay more than a day or two -if you have trouble with the heat/thermostat, we found a space heater in the closet which was helpful on some of the colder mornings -the photos show what looks like a working fireplace and a toaster over, neither of which was there when we arrived. There is an electric candle thingy in the fireplace for ambience though, and both a toaster and an oven as separate (March 2025) Great times

Super beautiful high tech apartment . Prestine !! The bathroom was luxurious, Japanese toilet and ok . The kitchen was amazing with everything you needed to cook , very welcoming , comfortable beds , we loved

This was the perfect home for our summer holiday! It easily accommodated our two families as there are two bedrooms at each end of the house along with one bathroom at each end. The open living/dining/kitchen space was perfect for a game night, cooking special meals and enjoying time around their large dining table. We could see whales from the porch as we took in the incredible views. The market down the hill was the perfect place to grab groceries! We also enjoyed walking to the beach and exploring some of the “favorite spots” Patty recommended. It is truly worth a stay. We would love to return one day. Thanks Patty!

We really loved our stay in Neptune and having the ocean right on our doorstep was definitely a lovely addition to the overall beach bungalow vibe! Overall our stay was wonderful and our only negative (if you could call it that) was that the heater is a bit counter-intuitive to work. Carlos was as helpful as he could be but it took quite a bit of trial and error to figure it out and working consistently. Maybe we're weak sauce, but with the Pacific Ocean right there, it gets cold without the heat on! Otherwise, lovely stay, just like the photos show!

The house was exactly what we were looking for and was exactly as described. Very spacious house, nice outdoor area, and amazing access to the ocean and beach trails. Stephanie was also incredibly responsive to any messages. I highly recommend staying here.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. We loved the walkability to shops and restaurants and to the ocean. This home is not located near downtown but we were very ok with that. The backyard was the best part of the house—we spent a lot of time back there. The ocean was actually very close to walk to despite some reviews, it was about a 7-8 min walk. There’s also a convenience store around the corner. The one downside of the house was that one bathroom is actually a garage and has been converted. It was only an issue because it is a little colder down there and there were ants and spiders so we actually ended up not using that one. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Great location with a STUNNING ocean view! Dog-friendly, and the Airstream had everything we needed and more. Mark, the host, was very responsive. It was close to many restaurants, hiking trails, and beaches (though I think the beach next to it is temporarily closed). Would highly recommend!!
