Further afield are the beaches and beauty spots of Swansea, the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Only 5 minutes drive from Llanelli beach & 6.4 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Burry Port. Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The Jack Nicklaus golf course at Macynys and the Asburnham links course in Burry Port are very close by. Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.
