Our farmhouse is licensed by Dane County & a short 20 minute drive to Madison! You will want a car so you can explore, the UW Campus, Allient Energy Center, WI State Capitol, Madison Farmers Market and much more. Relax, unwind, grill, play horse shoes or sit by the fire pit. Enjoy your privacy but know there is a farm manager close by and I am happy to help

Cozy 2BR 1900's bungalow with beautiful backyard. Step into the Magnolia style living and dining room with decorative crown molding and new floors. Outside is the true GEM, with adorable patio area just waiting for fire pit gatherings. Located close to parks, canoe/kayak launch, eateries, and shopping. Quick drive to downtown Madison!

YurtCation

YurtCation is an off-grid getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. The yurts are about 80 feet from the lake’s ordinary high water mark to comply with zoning. We are fully permitted and have many repeats.

A private locked entrance opens up to a sunny space with great views of a wetland beyond the backyard. Private patio to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door.
