Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay !! Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for us. It was immaculate with very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels too. It really had everything we needed! Nick was very responsive and accommodating, would not hesitate to stay here again !!

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

The location was quiet during our low season stay and close to a beach with 5 mins drive. The house was clean and had lots of board games to have fun with. Meghan was responsive to answer our questions and to addressed issues. I would stay there again in the future.

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Perfect location right near the beach, cosy place to stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved it!

The property "Summer Catch" is amazing it felt like home from home. My wife & I have never stayed anywhere as well appointed with so many personal touches which made our stay feel very special. On arrival access was so easy, we were greeted with fresh sun flowers, fresh fruit & some shopping Maria had arranged for as we were arriving at 11pm. The decor / furnishings are so wonderfully appropriate for the location which is close to the beach & the wonderful town of Chatham. Key points for us the Beds & Sofa's are extremely comfortable. Regarding Location, It so so well situated for a leisuraly walk into town which has excellent shops and restaurants (DelMar was our favourite) & the local supermarket & chemist only a 2 minute walk. When you sit out on the veranda you feel a sense of calmness as you are surrounded by lovely trees and gardens. This is the type of place you really want to keep a secret. Thank you Marie for making our stay so amazing, your kindness & generosity.

Amazing home with all amenities in a golf club. Close to most tourist spots in Cape Cod.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

We had a great stay with Rob in his cottage at Ocean Edge! The place had clearly been recently updated and it utilized space well such that it lived much bigger then its footprint. While it rained the whole time we were there, we could see Ocean Edge being a fun community for active folks. We highly recommend you stay here!

My wife and I wanted a little end of summer get away and we couldn’t have been happier choosing Alexa’s condo at Ocean Edge! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything we could have wanted for our short vacation. Alexa was always very responsive and friendly, we’ll certainly be keeping her in mind for our next cape vacation! Highly recommend for small families and couples!
