Get close to nature, look for as far as the eye can see, watch the tide come in and go out, hear the rain and the wind, unwind in the sunlight, and take in an uninterrupted view of the Milky Way on a clear night.

Cottage is 100 yards from mile-long sandy beach and Minaun Cliffs - among highest in Europe. The Toolis family have lived here for over 400 years. The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

Amazing views of the Wild Atlantic Way. 2 minutes walk down to the shoreline for a swim or 5 minutes walk to the start of the Granuaile Loop walk. 5 minutes drive to local shops and amenities. 2 minutes walk to local pub & snack bar. Fantastic cycling routes from your doorstep. We have free range Chickens on site & can provide some eggs. We're sorry but we can't accommodate dogs as we have 2 of our own.

Pier View Cottage

Cosy, comfortable cottage, quiet area by the sea,overlooking saula peir. Breathtaking views of Curran mountains.There is a small town called Achill Sound approx 4km away,where there is shops, cafe, supermarkets, 2 pubs, 2 hotels and bike hire. There are other great places to eat approx 12-15km away. Our Cottage is close to the greenway where you can walk or cycle. There is fantastic views along the Atlantic drive from. Clough more to Dooega, where you can see the Atlantic ocean for miles.

Our lodge is a retreat from the pace of modern life at the edge of Connemara and close to Louisburgh, Croagh Patrick and Westport. Perfect for groups of hikers, surfers or to get all the family together. Lodge sleeps 18 - new for 2026 - bedrooms composed of 6 twin, one king and one bedroom with 4 single beds. Three ensuite bedrooms. Eight bedrooms in total - offering a very comfortable experience for up to 18 guests (all bunkbeds removed). Games room in rear garden pod.

Comfortable and warm house which is well equipped with all utensils. It is situated in the centre of Keel village surrounded by all amenities. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store, butcher and chemist within walking distance. Keel's very own famous blue flag beach is situated right on the door step. Ideal location for water sports/outdoor activities or the perfect location for a romantic or peaceful getaway.
