Our family had a wonderful stay! Lovely surroundings. Good books. Cool antiques. Perfect for a Fall getaway.

Appreciated the attention to details, especially the needs of young children staying over - they had age appropriate games, plates & utensils, high chair, pack & play. Nothing was missed. The house was cozy and had plenty of functional space. We would have loved to utilize the pool area in the backyard, if visiting in warmer months!

This was a great place to spend quiet time with family. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Well maintained and thoroughly clean. We were three couples and each had a bedroom and bathroom on separates floors of the house. There is also plenty of gathering spaces on the main floor both inside and outside. There is a wonderful, fully furnished fire pit including fire starters and campfire blankets. And the wonderful kitchen was spacious, easily accommodating multiple people to prepare meals. A+ to the owners and cleaners.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

Great peaceful place to stay while seeing local friends. Comfy inside, garage parking was an awesome plus and our dog absolutely loved the large open yard behind the guest house. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Was exactly what we needed for our weekend!

We stayed for four nights with six people and three pets, and it was perfect for our needs. We were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful!

Randi was responsive and so helpful as we booked our weekend stay to visit our son. The home was so convenient - just a few mins away from campus and also from downtown. Its nicely furnished, clean and really comfortable. we normally stay in a hotel but Randi’s home was so much better! You can’t go wrong with this home - We are planning a return visit!

This is a charming spot, central to everything. We like to have a place to hang out as a family when we come to visit our child who is a student at Ithaca and this was an ideal spot! Nicholas made everything easy! The coffee and tea are a really nice touch!

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

We loved this place! I was here with two friends for a wedding, and we remarked over and over again what a delightful place to sit and visit- the decor is so cheerful, the couches are amazingly comfortable, we had a great view of the lake (Conesus Lake, I think?), and the electric fireplace was an extra cozy touch. Oh, and we arrived to find some amazing muffins- such a delightful treat!

Ron was very responsive and the space was beautiful and clean. We felt at ease and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again!!

This place is lovely. Close to the state park, in the main stretch of town for a quick walk downtown. They took great care to provide all the necessities to make you feel right at home. It’s bigger than we anticipated providing space for all of us.

We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt right at home there. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

This place is a gem! The description and photographs clearly show what you can expect. The space is warm, inviting, and just a short drive from town. We had everything we needed…and then some! Tiffany communicates well and is quick to respond. We would stay here again without hesitation. It was such a pleasant weekend getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

This house is exactly what we were looking for. Private getaway with a great view out the back. The creek out back was great for sleeping with the window open (when the weather allowed). Large yard, quiet street which is great for walking along the rest of the creek. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances & cooking equipment (we added a whisk to the collection). Spike the mowbot was a source of entertainment for us. where would he show up next 🤣 Overall it was a great stay & we would definitely consider staying here again if coming back to the area!
