Peaceful, beautiful, cozy. My friend & I enjoyed watching the lake & exploring the various harbors & beaches nearby. Binoculars were included so we could watch the birds on the harbor! I appreciated the host's clear instructions & we felt very comfortable during our stay.

Very nice place! Getting to trail was very easy! Very nice house! Quiet i think we seen maybe 1 car drive by in 2 days We will defiantly look it up again when heading that way! Great host! Steve was very easy to reach and everything went great!

Jason’s house was absolutely beautiful. Literally feet off the lake. Stunning sunsets and sunrises. Super easy and fast communication and helpful with answers. The place is clean and has just about all you need. If you plan on snowmobiling, something to note is the home is about 1 1/2 miles off the trail so you will need to ride the highway and the plows leave very little to no snow on the emergency lanes. But we absolutely loved our stay.

This was, at least, our 5th time staying here - it’s our go-to spot in Thunder Bay. Always clean, quiet, and super comfortable. It has everything you need, and Brian and Donna are awesome hosts. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a fantastic Mother's Day weekend at this beautiful property! The kayaks were a bonus and so nice to launch them right down the road. The home is very spacious with beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. The hosts had great communication if we had any questions. We don't often come back to the same Airbnb because we like to try different ones, but this one we will come back to with extended family because it is very comfortable for a group, we love the privacy, the beach, firepit, sauna, whirlpool tub, location. This one checked all the boxes. Thank you! We will be back.

We had a perfect long weekend in Houghton celebrating our twin boys graduation from MTU. We were grateful for the accessibility it offered my mom who is wheelchair bound.

Great location for anything Houghton/Hancock related!! Comfy beds and beautiful bedding. Loved the hockey theme. Felt right at home!

An incredible experience. I was in the city because a family member was admitted to hospital. I reached out to Suzanne short notice. She ensured that unit was ready same day. Suzanne's Airbnb and hospitality exceeded our previous experiences. The fenced-in yard had wind chimes and lights that came on at night and a creek behind the yard. My two dogs were welcome and spent all sorts of time outdoors. When my family member was discharged they were able to meet and play with Suzanne's delightful dog Nexus. The unit was extremely well set up, with a gas fireplace, a beautiful living space, and a lovely bedroom. The kitchen was fully functional and stocked (an unexpected surprise). Suzanne went out of her way to ensure that I had what I needed, and when my family member arrived that their experience was one of comfort, joy, and peace. We highly recommend Suzanne's Airbnb, and can only express once more our gratitude to her and Nexus for their hospitality at so stressful a time.

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay over the past weekend. We wanted to stay in the L’Anise area, since we have a friend that lives in the town, and this was the best option. The unit is clean, has an amazing view of Lake Superior and is very spacious. I was very impressed with the unit overall. I would gladly book again!

The apartment is nice and well priced. I would say the pullout couch doesn't really sleep 2 well, at least not two teenagers. One of our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Other than everything was great.
