Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Converted in 2017 from a small barn (circa 1850), the self-contained studio combines character with tasteful furnishings. TOTAL REFURBISHMENT MAY 2025 with new kitchenette, flooring, carpet, wood panelling. Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving freshly prepared food.

A self contained light and airy ground floor flat near to the river in Newark. There is a private patio, with views over the rear garden. Located within walking distance of the town centre, there is opportunity to enjoy the Civil War Centre, historic market place, castle, riverside, parks, restaurants and pubs. It is also close to the River Trent with towpath walks and access to open countryside. Enjoy exploring Newark's historic centre or unwind in the surrounding countryside and villages.

On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose-built, self-contained ground level studio apartments. Accommodating 2 Adults & possible 2 children. This unit door to bedroom, king sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, free view TV, Spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower, wash-basin and WC. Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils.

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Enjoy the lovely quiet setting of this romantic spot in kneeton Storys yard , Kneeton is situated between Bingham and Newark. This is a peaceful and relaxing studio, perfect for relaxing or a romantic break with long walks in the countryside with your fury friend. There is a fast Car charger available outside. Just 20 minutes to Newark where you can get a direct train to London or enjoy a relaxing break. There is also air conditioning

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
