Lots of room and extra mattresses in the closet were a nice for our large family.

From the beginning Ting and Ning had excellent communication that made the booking experience at their rental extremely easy. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the instructions were clear. The home was beautiful and the comfort was so manageable that my guests and i were so sad for it to end. The fruit when we walked in was much needed because we were starving. The home was such a great experience and i would definitely book with Ting and Ning again. Lovely home, with stylish comfortable furnishings, beautiful art work and lots of conveniences. Private location surrounded by trees, but just minutes from Bridge Street.

The house was as advertised with plenty of space for our weekend men's retreat group of 7. We made use of the fire pit out back and the grill. Patricia was very helpful to provide us with several nearby hiking trail options. A good value for the money spent.

Perfect Beach Town Retreat Roger’s charming historic home was perfect for our long weekend get-away in Asbury Park, NJ! It was wonderfully furnished in a beautiful mid-century modern style with all the comforts including a delightful “sunroom” dining area! The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and the dining room, den, and living room provided very comfortable gathering spaces for our family of four adults. The location was perfect – we enjoyed the short stroll to the beach and boardwalk as well as to multiple cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was a pleasure to communicate with Roger. He has set up this lovely Airbnb in a wonderfully welcoming way! We highly recommend booking this home for a delightful beach town retreat!

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.

Exceeded expectations. Nice, clean, spacious place. We fit 6 comfortably. Great location to beaches, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Belmar! Backyard was a plus too.

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

Served our needs perfectly. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Small kitchen, but had everything we needed. I requested a replacement pan for cooking eggs and Candice had a nice one shipped overnight from Amazon. Quiet safe neighborhood with a nice park nearby. Good experience all around.

I loved my stay, I felt very comfortable and at home. Skeitha ensured that all of our needs were met, she was an excellent host. I honestly have no complaints, everything was perfect. Next time I’m in the Philly area I will definitely book again!

Very clean. Easy parking. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet. Great location to get on and off the parkway. No laundry, but a great laundry mat a very short walk away. Look forward to returning.

Great location. The apartment was the perfect size. Close to public transport. There is a beautiful cafe around the corner, and a restaurant on the ground floor.

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und privat auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstrasse mit perfektem Blick nach Manhattan. Es ist architektonisch interessant aus 1906 mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber Julia und Alex haben perfekt kommuniziert. Es war alles sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Staten Island würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Terrific house, great deck with spectacular views of the lake (plus, we saw bald eagles twice), nice dock and swimming, very enjoyable and relaxing place for my family to spend an extended weekend. Highly recommend.
