This charming early 1900’s carriage house is 250 yards from the beach, marinas, dock & a park! It has hardwood floors throughout and is about 1200 sq ft. It also has it's own backyard. The center of town which has lots of shops & restaurants is just a few minutes away... you could even walk it! The train station is 1 mile away & a Brewery is around the corner! New haven is only 10 minutes! You can't beat the location... or the house! We have a single & dbl kayak. ALSO ONLY 30 min from skiing!

Open floor plan, 5 bedrooms (bedroom 5 has separate entrance by pool and is summer only) plus loft, 3.5 bath plus half bath and outdoor shower by pool. A real oasis! (Note: pool not heated and open mid-may to mid-Oct only; hot tub closed after new year until mid-March)

Picturesque waterfront cottage located in the Pawson Park district of Branford, Connecticut. The house is 2400 sqft on .38 acres overlooking the Branford harbor & Long Island sound. During the summer you will have access to a private dock that is a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Island. The house is located close to restaurants, bars and a walking trail. You will also have access to a private neighborhood beach for swimming. Rental includes access to Owenego Beach Club. Pet fee $300
