Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

Situated in open countryside this, first floor, self contained loft space sits close to our working farm. While enjoying far reaching countryside views it has been designed wholly with our guests comfort in mind. Enter via the external stairs into a fitted kitchen/living section, a sleeping area with king size bed & a shower room. A balcony area with seating offers the chance to relax outside. Guests have a designated parking area & private entrance. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the countryside.

Perry's Roost, Little Catley Farm

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting surrounded by unspoilt 'Hamnet set' countryside, with black and white properties. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles.

It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.
