Carol’s space was so cute and serene. The garden outside of the Inkling is so beautifully done and such a nice view to wake up to when opening the window panes. The inside was tastefully decorated, linens felt nice and clean and cozy, and we slept well each night! The surrounding neighborhood proved to be a very nice area to stroll and see wildlife (deer, bats, snakes!) and a 10-15 minute drive to any stores, coffee shops, etc. A wonderful getaway if you’re okay with not walking to restaurants/shops - the trade off is tranquility and nature, and it was so worth it! Thank you Carol!!

Jennifer’s place was the perfect getaway for the weekend! Very cute, clean room in a beautiful area and close to plenty of activities and restaurants. Jennifer had lots of local recommendations that we checked out. She was communicative and accommodating. Will definitely book again!

Very nice, and cozy spot in the middle of Tahoe. Short scooter ride to Heavenly Village. Beaches are a 2 minute walk as well. Brett was very communicative and accomplished to what we needed. I would definitely be staying again. The room was perfect for my family of 3, clean and had a great pool and activity center for my little one. 5 stars!

Randy’s space was perfect for my husband and me as we visited with my aunt for her 80th birthday. It was close to her, and all the amenities we needed yet quiet and private. The outside space was lovely for sitting and having a glass of wine in the evening. It was also an easy walk to downtown for restaurants.

Jacqui und Paul sind wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Riverstay ist wundervoll. Es hat eine gut funktionierende Heizung, es war trotz eines Kälteeinbruchs sehr sehr warm, das sagt eine Frostbeule, die ihre Wärmflasche nicht nutzen musste, was an ein Wunder grenzt. Es gibt nichts was nicht vorhanden ist, vom Salz bis zur Bodylotion ist alles vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten und absolute Ruhe. Alles ist geschmackvoll und penibel sauber. Obwohl die Gastgeber selbst im Haus wohnen ist die Privatsphäre völlig gewahrt. Danke für fantastische Tage.

Cozy little spot with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Plenty of extra blankets and creature comforts to allow for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. Though we didn't use them, we noticed a washer and dryer as well as some fun games.

Tina was super accommodating to my request for a late checkout. The space was clean and there were lots of nice little touches, like extra toiletries (my boyfriend forgot his toothbrush!) and snacks and coffee/tea. The welcoming committee (two sweet dogs) were super adorable. Also, the bed was comfy! Lots of greenery and pretty views nearby 💚

Tao was able to provide plates, cups, and other utensils so we could feel at home. Overall felt like a great experience if you don't mind the walk down the stairs to get to the place. Left my car in the garage so it was out of the street.

Kyla and Josh were incredibly organized, providing a detailed book with clear instructions and helpful local tips. Kyla even suggested a few activities locally. It was easy to see they truly went out of their way to accommodate their guests. I didn’t feel like I was just renting an Airbnb — I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest in their home. The little touches made all the difference: books to read, coloring activities, cotton balls, a toothbrush, a hair dryer — thoughtful amenities that showed how much they care about making the stay comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Tahoe!

Bradley and Alyona were perfect hosts. The house is in a convenient location, near town, slope, and food. Their home was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. We loved their information book with info on their home, nearby attractions, food options, it was literally perfect. We had a wonderful time walking our dog in the friendly neighborhood and nearby trail. Truly was the perfect winter weekend.

It was a great stay for me and my friends. Clean and super close to the shuttle for Heavenly. Would definitely stay there again!

Booked guest suite for two nights to attend wedding in Camino. Location was outstanding, a short distance to venue in the heart of Apple Hill and gave us opportunity to explore surrounding area with many farms and wineries. Short distance to Placerville for dinner. Country property with guest suite as pictured. Suite was clean, bed comfortable, Ashley was available and responsive to all questions. Directions fully detailed, check-in easy. Driveway paved with dedicated covered parking spot available for suite, however, it requires walking up a short steep incline to the unit. We would book the guest suite again if returning to the area.

Kara’s place was just right for our family of five (two elementary school age boys, who got the bunk beds, and a 6-month old infant). The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Only thing we noticed was a bit of an old-wood odor, but once we opened up the windows, it dissipated. Was beautiful to wake up to sun glittering on the water in the keys. Wish we had taken advantage of the kayak! Oh, and we saw a bear walking through the neighborhood, so be sure to be situationally aware!

Place was a great place for what we needed. It’s very conveniently located and well equipped with things that you need including a kitchen and basic cooking utensils. One minor thing is that the neighbor above is audible in terms of footsteps and movements, it’s not a huge issue. If needed Ryan is very responsive and able to step in. Recommend in terms of location, space, and proximity to others shops and sightseeing areas.

I had a very extensive stay at V's place, with a booking that ended up to be about 10 months long. This is very clean, elegant, and private unit which has everything you might need. I work remotely and was able to setup all my gear and enjoy a consistent and speedy WiFi signal. The water pressure is fantastic. And there was ample storage to stash all my belongings. The view from the bedroom window overlooks a creek where deer frequent. The neighborhood is gated and extremely safe. There's also a huge paved trail system, which can be reached via a couple mins. walk. Anything I ever needed, V was quick to reply, and always friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and not all have been exactly wonderful, but I would highly recommend this stay!

The pictures does not do it justice. It looks better in person, it is very cozy and comfy. Will is a great host, and he provided excellent communication throughout my stay

The place was as described and it was a great location to ski at Kirkwood. We enjoyed our stay and fully recommend.

We loved our stay here during our time in Lake Tahoe! It ended up being the perfect little spot. The recreation area right across the street takes you through the coolest forest and leads straight to the beach. It was great for a scenic walk with our dog each morning. An extra bonus for us was the little outdoor area behind the studio — it was just big enough to cook on our portable Blackstone grill! Would definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
