Tolle Unterkunft, Akropolis ist fußläufig erreichbar. Christo ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat tolle Ideen für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert! 😃

Great location, can't beat it. It was the best spot - walking distance to everything. I will surly be back here again and recommend to others. One thing, it can be loud at night. However, the great location makes up for this. It is a unique property and we loved it.

Absolutely perfect hosting 🥰 I booked for my husband’s birthday with some of his friends. The 1915 team did everything possible to make it a beautiful experience for him, including balloons and flowers. Every guest agreed the place was gorgeous! Thank you so much 🫶🏽

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

C'est fantastique! L'hôte est d'une gentillesse! Elle est venue nous chercher et reconduire à l'aéroport, elle nous a offert de nous conduire dans un super centre d'achat à proximité. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais ça valait vraiment le coup. Très beau paysage, très propre et confortable. On recommande 100%!

We are surprised anything like this exists. This was Panos’ grandmother’s home. To buy a house like this in this location would be insanely difficult and expensive. Panos is a contractor so he has modernized the house brilliantly while staying true to its heritage. The rooftop deck is hauntingly beautiful. The view of the Acropolis is stunning and very romantic with the gas fire. You could have a large party up there too! You are literally about 15 minutes walking away from most of the big historical attractions in Athens. For us, staying anywhere else would be a disappointment. Very much worth it.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le magnifique logement de George. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est bien propre, très spacieux et nous avons trouvé la décoration absolument charmante. Tout était parfait, à 10 min de l'aéroport avec des restaurants à proximité, accessibles même à pieds. George est un hôte très sympathique, qui nous a gentiment proposé le transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport. Nous avons eu une excellente communication avec lui depuis notre réservation jusqu'à notre départ. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ainsi que son hôte George qui a tout fait pour rendre notre arrivée sereine et très agréable. C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons.

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, was für eine entspannende Atmosphäre sorgte. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Alimos, von der aus man einfach und schnell ins Zentrum gelangen konnte. Zudem gab es direkt vor der U-Bahn Station einen Kiosk. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns herzlich empfangen.

Dimitra was our contact and she was EXTREMELY professional. Quick to respond and over deliver. Super friendly, courteous and helpful. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs all over the world m and this was by far the best run, best value and in the best location relative to what visitors want. Ps - For perspective on my review I’ll add that I am a picky/hard to please lawyer, and still I was extremely impressed.

Loved this place so much that we came back ! Walkable distance to the centre of the town, super clean, lots of balconies and the rooftop is amazing with 4 lounge chairs ! Krassy is super nice and answer super quickly she was also flexible on the check out. Definitely recommend

We had a fantastic long-term stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Neo Faliro. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, kind, and genuinely nice people. They were extremely accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Neo Faliro itself is a great area—peaceful yet well-connected, with easy access to public transport, the coast, and Piraeus. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Athens. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and beautiful decoration .it is in the centre of Glyfada,5 minutes from all bars and restaurants.Nantia is a very and cooperative hostess

En relisant les commentaires des autres voyageurs avant le départ, je suis tombé sur un mauvais commentaire. J'ai contacté Oleg pour savoir ce qu'il en était et il m'a répondu, dans la minute, qu'il n'y avait pas de raison de s'inquiéter. Et c'était effectivement le cas. L'appartement est magnifique et la vue est splendide; la terrasse est énorme. Le quartier est calme et les voisins sympathiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location was idealpeaceful yet close to the beach 3 min by car, allowing me to enjoy the best of the surrounding area with ease. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality.
