This was a very convenient location. The house was spectacular and made for a great group stay. I strongly recommend this location, and I will use it again.

We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The Traeger grill worked great (even though the last folks left grilled onions and other bits on it). And the beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels, lots of plates (but a better selection of drinking cups and bowls would've been great). Just a few things would help. More/better utensils--seemed that there was enough for at most 6 people, but the house can sleep at 12. The couch back was broken when we arrived. There is only 1 nightstand in the house for 2 double beds and the king. And it seemed like the house hadn't been swept on arrival either. For the value, a great place, though!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We used it as a home base for visiting Zion National Park, and it the experience was spectacular. The home was very comfortable with all the accommodations you could possibly need to unwind and recharge after a long day. We felt so at peace here and were very sad to leave. Jake was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful! Having the lodge (relatively) close by was a huge plus as well! Of all the Air B&B’s we have stayed in, this was definitely our family’s favorite!

We had an amazing stay at Tiffany’s place for our girls retreat!! The house was amazing and had plenty of space. Just keep in mind that the area is pretty quiet and sound carries quite a bit

Had an outstanding stay. Rebecca was incredibly responsive, the place is beautiful and only 5 minutes away from Zion National Park. Can’t wait to stay again. This place is a real gem and you won’t regret staying here!

We really enjoyed this house, it was lovely and equipped with everything you could think of. Just be prepared for the remote location. Overall a wonderful place!

Loved our visit! House is beautiful and in a great location if you are hiking Zion and Bryce. Logan and Kraig were great hosts and very responsive to questions and local recommendations.

We had a great stay at James’ place. It is perfectly situated on Main Street in Escalante. The house was impeccably clean and we felt right at home immediately. It’s the perfect location for adventures in Grand Staircase. Thank you James for a great stay.

For the price, everything was great. It was comfortable, warm(which is important in winter) had plenty of kitchen extras(spices, oil, hot chocolate) Had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer stuff. Knowing it is practically in the middle of nowhere, it was nice to have all those things. It does have carpet everywhere but the bathroom, which is a little weird for a kitchen but it has rugs. I would suggest maybe some more mirrors, since there is only one bathroom, and an available vacuum. But would definitely recommend this cute little place if you want to get away or have someone you know in the neighboring towns.

Beautiful townhome, nice location, walk across the street to ski/boarding base area. The home is decorated thoughtfully and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. Very clear communication from our host. Would definitely stay here again!

Much nicer on the inside compared to what the neighborhood and the house looks like on the outside! About a 30 minute drive to Bryce Canyon! I would highly recommend, it was clean and beautifully decorated!

First off…wow…what a spot. It’s rare to find such place close to town and yet so secluded. Perched on a rise below the cockscomb on a HUGE property with 360 degree views ranging from snow capped mountains to the expanse of the Colorado plateau. There with literally the feeling of no one else in the space before we even entered what can be described as nothing short of a villa. The weather was perfect and so clear we could see the freshly snow capped rim of the San Juan mountains of Colorado distant on the horizon and oft mistaken for faraway clouds. The grassy lawn facing East brought a feel of oasis in the wilderness. The single floor plan layout is delightful with windows and light abounding. The master suite faces the sun and moon rise with a full view and excellent darkening shades. The most understated feature is the walk in shower with four narrow vertical windows in an arc to the south. The kitchen is well equipped and the west side of this villa is sun soaked and spacious.

Ranchers Retreat was our first stop on a 4th grade national park pass trip to see 4 of the Utah NP. Unfortunately we arrived during a whiteout blizzard so didnt see that we had to drive a bit further than the google maps location (FYI just keep going past where google maps tells you to stop). We stopped to get groceries near Salt Lake City so we had plenty of supplies but the market in town or up in Panguitch have the essentials. Most restaurants and motels in Hatch weren't open when we visited at the end of April just before Easter. The house was great. The items provided are above and beyond regular AirBNBs which was much appreciated. The snow added a layer of peacefulness to the already charming ranch. And the views of the mountains were amazing. We would return!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts had excellent communication and were very helpful. Place is just like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked as well as bathrooms. Great place to stay when visiting Capitol Reef. We would stay here again.

Please don't let the outside facade of the house turn you off. At first you might question why you booked this property, but once inside you are reminded why you chose this property to stay in. There was 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, just what we needed for the two single women and my wife and myself. The living area was nice and the kitchen was very user friendly. We had a very pleasant stay and were extremely comfortable in this house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Its location near Brian Head was fantastic!

Absolutely wonderful place! Hot tub was lovely, clean and large. House was clean and very livable. The town was quiet, homey, positive. I'd go back just to visit the town again. What beautiful blue sky! I didn't know Utah was that beautiful.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and we really appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. Wonderful location, close to Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon, but also easy to get to Zion. Nearby towns had good restaurants and grocery stores. And there’s a great bakery just a few blocks from the house.

We absolutely loved our multi-generational family stay at Sage House! The house has every amenity you need, is extremely clean, and the hosts are very responsive. The location about 15 mins to the entrance of Capitol Reef NP can’t be beat! We also drove down to Escalante for the day, and while a bit further, one could drive to Bryce and/or Canyonlands from this house as well.

Traveled with 11 of us (6 adults and 6 kids), perfect space for us all. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, fantastic property to play with kids, and excellent location for Zion and Bryce. Highly recommend this spot and hosts were super helpful with all questions. Neighbors came over to offer kids a horse ride and fresh eggs.

We had an amazing stay at Monica’s home. This home is one of the best AirBnB rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The home was very nice , spacious, and inviting for four adults. We had our own rooms and lots of space to relax and rest. It was so homey and all of the extra care given in the decor, provisions, and supplies left for the guests made this home a superb rental. Thanks Monica for going above and beyond to make your guests feel welcome and pampered. 🥰 I will definitely rent this home again on my return visit to southern Utah.

Great time at this place! Open design allows for larger groups to easily be in the same room. Decent distance from Capitol Reef. Well-stocked kitchen too.

Beautiful, peaceful, clean home! it's hard to find homes for bigger families and if you find them then people charge an arm and leg to stay. This home is fits bigger families and Rebecca don't charge an arm and a leg. I have never personally met Rebecca but she seems like family, she is very caring and very very friendly!! My family love the family games at the home, tired swing, and comfort beds! The best Air bnb host we have ever had!
