Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. This 1920's converted barn has the original beams and antique fixtures w/vintage and new furnishings. The french doors on one complete wall amplify the open space with views of the Catskill Mts., pond, fields, and the vast sky. No smoking no pets. You love them, I love them, but they cannot stay here. Also, two night minimum stay. Three night minimum on holiday weekends.
