Super goed verblijf om New York te ontdekken. Op zo’n 15 minuten van Penn station Newark. Het appartement is heel ruim en van alles voorzien om een geweldige tijd te beleven. Onze host was ook zeer vriendelijk en reageerde heel snel. Wij zouden het iedereen aanraden.

This place was an excellent option. I was traveling with my mother, and she loved it, specially due to the tranquility of the neighborhood; we felt right at home, and would definitely consider staying there again. The hosts were very communicative and responsive, they guided me really well, and helped me by answering all my concerns. P.S. The only minor downside was some noise early in the morning from upper floors of the property (mostly steps and doors closing/opening), but since it was always brief, and only my mother complaint about it, we considered it wouldn't affect the overall rating.

The building was quiet and well kept. Access to the building was secure and easy. High ceilings and lots of sunlight in the apartment made for a great experience. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and luxuries alike. Would highly recommend.

This was my second time , had an amazing stay everything was not only peaceful but felt like a home away from home . Would Love to keep this as a gem for a get away .

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Sung. L'appartement est très sympa. Il est même possible de profiter de la salle de sport. New York Penn Station est à environ à 30 minutes de l'appartement ce qui est très pratique. Peu de commerce à proximité mais Whole Food et quelques fast-foods à 15 minutes à pieds. L'appartement est juste à côté du stade de Hockey des New Jersey Devils, ce qui permet de profiter d'un match facilement.

Wir fühlten uns vom Buchungstag bis zur Abreise allerbestens betreut. King ist gefühlt IMMER erreichbar und kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste. Ein kleiner Mangel, der während des Aufenthaltes entstand, wurde Sofort behoben. Alles mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Supermarkt, Bankautomat, 2…3 Schnellrestautants in 2 min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle 3 min. Entfernt. Bis nach New York City haben wir vom appartment aus etwa 30-40 Minuten gebraucht mit Bus und Train. Absolut ok.

Le logement d’Helen était très bien et assez calme par rapport à d’autres commentaires que nous avions pu voir à propos d’autres logements New-Yorkais, ou des retours d’amis à nous. C’est ce que nous recherchions et n’avons pas été déçus. Isolé à l’arrière de l’hôtel, nous étions tranquilles. A notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les réceptionnistes et toutes les informations étaient très claires. Le logement était propre et bien aménagé, avec du mobilier de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le grand lit très confortable et les draps agréables. C’était plaisant de s’y allonger le soir puis d’y dormir, après nos 30000 pas de la journée ! Ah ah ! Le logement est assez sombre, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout car nous partions tôt et rentrions en fin de journée, donc nous n’y étions que très peu durant notre séjour. Bref, c’était vraiment très bien ! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Amazing location, spotless apartment and kind host. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more when we went back to visit Brooklyn with our infant. Harris was responsive and kind and we felt immediately at home. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we visit Brooklyn!

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

I felt right at home from day one. They are pet friendly. While I didn’t have any of my personal pets along for my trip, it was nice when their sweet puppy would visit when I came in from work. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area and plan to rent again when I come back for work in the future if available. Peaceful, clean, beautiful backyard, and worth the money. It is close to many restaurants, shopping, and a short bus trip to NYC and close to the NJ Transit if you choose to take the train into the city

Lauren was a great host and has a beautiful home. She was very proactive in communicating and her instructions were very clear. This is her family’s full time home, so it didn’t feel like a cold, cheaply decorated rental unit, which we loved given that we stayed around the holidays. We would definitely stay there again and appreciated how accommodating she was. Five stars!

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again
