Great instructions for finding and getting into the upstairs private space. Clean, purposeful and personal described the details these hosts put into their Airbnb. Good location— walkable to the square and bikable to crystal Bridges if it wasn’t pouring for the 24 hours we were in Bentonville. This place was great and would be super for a longer stay!!

Our stay was perfect! My husband and I visit Bentonville any chance we get for weekend getaways. This has been our favorite stay yet! Everything was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Such a prime location in Fayetteville! The balcony is awesome. As others have mentioned, the shower leaves a bit to be desired. One thing that would be very helpful would be installing a corner shelf to put products. The only issue we had was that the place only comes with one fob which is needed to get into the building. This was an issue for us on Saturday as we had separate plans. They did bring us another fob, but it was too late in the day to help us. If you have two people staying in the unit and aren’t going to be on the same schedule for your entire stay, I would request an additional fob ahead of your check-in. The host is very responsive both ahead of end during the stay. Will definitely book again!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Great house!

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

Our stay was excellent! The neighborhood is very peaceful and everyone around was very friendly. The house was very nice and easy to get to.

Excellent location, central and very walkable to downtown. Great amenities very clean and onsite parking. Comfort level would be increased with a larger loveseat or full size couch and a device to watch our own streaming services ie. Roku. We had an excellent stay, loved Bentonville and definitely would stay here again they are excellent hosts!

This was our second stay here and it was great! Everything was clean and ready for us. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook anything we wanted. Beds are comfy and the space is homey. Santos was very responsive and all of our instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will stay here again!

This was a perfect stay to meet up with family. My nephew loved the bunk bed! The furniture was so comfortable and the chairs where perfect for rocking my brand new niece 🥰. The kitchen had everything we needed. We caught a beautiful sunset on the back patio. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Such a cute and comfortable place! Fantastic location right on Dickson. They allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful. Parking instructions weren’t displayed in the listing, but when I messaged Mayra she was quick to respond and provide clear instructions. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again for future trips!

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

This is a cute little condo unit that overlooks the table rock lake. It’s also very close to silver dollar city and saves a ton of time especially while getting back from the park after a long day. Our family of 4 had a great time staying at Ashley’s place during the spring break. Also communication with Ashley was breeze. Ashley responds very quickly and takes utmost care to make our stay pleasant. We will definitely come here again and stay at Ashley’s place.

The place is very nice, Concrete steps aren't the best, too short for for most feet. I recommend taking a few more steps and use the wooden ones.

Very nice place to stay. The scenery was beautiful. It was nice and quiet. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and out was very easy. Meghan was very friendly and even helped facilitate a way to get back my son's forgotten item that the cleaner found. We would definitely recommend the place and would stay again!
