L'appartamento di Roberto e' molto bello e luminoso, al secondo e ultimo piano di una palazzina storica, con una magnifica vista sui tetti di Arezzo. La posizione e' ottima perchè, pur essendo fuori dal centro storico, permette di raggiungerlo a piedi oppure di partire agevolmente per esplorare la campagna circostante. L'arredamento è di ottimo gusto, si percepisce che è una casa amata dal suo proprietario! Il balcone vivibile e il parcheggio privato rappresentano un valore aggiunto. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era molto pulito, e il check in è stato agevole! Ottima esperienza!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo appartamento. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Scerne di Roseto, ideale per chi ama svegliarsi con il profumo del mare e raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi minuti. L’appartamento è estremamente pulito e ben curato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e gli spazi sono comodi e accoglienti. Roberto è stato molto gentile e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per chi cerca tranquillità, comodità e la bellezza del mare adriatico a portata di mano. Grazie di cuore, Roberto!

Il residence è in centro, ideale per muoversi a piedi, un centro commerciale di fronte per ogni esigenza e a 2 passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Consigliatissimo.

Fernando’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located in the center of Misano. Everything you need is within walking distance, including a great gelato shop, Gelato di Mezzanotte. Misano is peaceful and quiet during the Easter holiday, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasure to meet Fernando, who is punctual and easy to get along with.

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

L'appartamento "Il cielo in una stanza" si è rivelato superiore alle nostre aspettative. Oltre ad essere arredato con buongusto, è molto confortevole e si trova in una ottima posizione. Non mancava nulla. In effetti la signora Carla si è rivelata una super, super host. Speriamo di ritornarci quanto prima.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Casa spaziosa, dotata di tutto, molto comoda. Posizione ottima in campagna ma vicinissima alla cittá. Consiglio vivamente!

Michela was a wonderful host. She left us a bowl of biscotti and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, sent us a link that made sure gps took us to the right location, and was easy to communicate with. The place was much more spacious than I assumed from the pictures, and immaculately clean. Well appointed and cute too! In a ln absolutely stunning location. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Assisi was made truly magical by the hospitality of Erica and Antonio. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enriching experience. They are truly special people, radiating a deep sense of spirituality and warmth. Their generosity was boundless – they invited us to their home for aperitivi, sharing stories and laughter that we'll treasure forever. It felt less like a rental and more like a visit with friends. Their proactive approach to ensuring we had everything we needed was remarkable, helping with any arising issue promptly. Their genuine kindness touched our hearts. Assisi is a beautiful place, but it was Erica and Antonio's genuine connection that made our trip unforgettable. We arrived as guests and left as friends! We totally recommend Erica and Antonio's place and hope to return soon! Grazie mille, Erica and Antonio, for everything.

Appartamento splendido,pulito e ottimamente fornito di tutto. La vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e il silenzio sono impagabili ! È una casa in campagna fresca di ristrutturazione con cucina su sala da pranzo con camino funzionante e TV. Ci sono ben 4 camere : 2 camere matrimoniali+ una ad uso studio e l'altra con divano letto matrimoniale e TV. C'è tanto spazio e privacy per tutti. La cucina è nuova, completa di pentole, piatti , bicchieri padelle ecc.. nuovi e di buona qualità. Moreno è un host perfetto. Ha superato tutte le migliori aspettative. Raccomandatissimo!

Stefania è un host molto empatica, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulla zona e ci ha accolto con un caloroso benvenuto. Sempre pronta nelle risposte e reattiva. La casa è comoda, siamo stati in sei e ci ha accomodati secondo le nostre esigenze. Molto cordiali e presenti anche i genitori, che abitano al piano superiore. Consiglio l’appartamento che si trova in un punto in cui è facile spostarsi nei vari luoghi da visitare in zona. Dalle grotte di Frasassi a Senigallia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un ottima esperienza . L'appartamento è veramente bello, arredato e rifinito con gusto, pulitissimo, molto spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto comodi i letti. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e si parcheggia senza problemi proprio di fronte allo stabile. Laura è stata gentilissima nel risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e ci ha dato un consigli su dove cenare. Veramente piacevole rilassarsi la sera in appartamento dopo le giornate passate in giro a visitare i dintorni, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ci è piaciuto tanto e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Bellissimo appartamento, curato nei dettagli e funzionale. Si trova all’interno di un residence con servici che non abbiamo provato e molto tranquillo. Si trova fuori da Marcelli e serve l’auto per raggiungere le mete turistiche. Alessio è molto Tranquillo e disponibile. Vi troverete bene.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Molto soddisfatto. Anche se solo per una notte l'appartamento mi è piaciuto parecchio sia come posizione che come struttura.

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!

C'est notre 2eme séjour chez Agostino, nous y sommes retournés les yeux fermés et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente. L'endroit est vraiment agréable et paisible et les propriétaires très gentils.
