This is a separate basement unit in a townhouse with private entrance. There is a kitchenette and bathroom in the basement. This place is walking distance to grocery stores Giant and Target, shopping center, restaurants and Washington Adventist Hospital great for student and intern that come to Washington Adventist Hospital. There is one assigned parking spot. There will be other guests in the upper two levels of the townhouse but they have not access to the basement.

My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. There is always parking available in my driveway. There are a variety of restaurants, groceries and shops close by. I am a warm, friendly person and will do everything I can to help you feel comfortable and welcome during your stay. The listing is in a private home.

Quiet and safe neighborhood (use Blair HS as a reference for location). Comfortable, clean, new space- close to all the things the DMV has to offer. Queen bedroom with a workspace & fast Wi-Fi, and living space with giant couch. There is also a gym available.
