Blue River Bungalow, Milltown, In.

This newly renovated home was an early post offices in Milltown. It is now a paddlers dream! All surfaces are new and compliment the vintage patina of the building. Guests are just one block from Cave Country Canoes and only steps away from the beautiful Blue River. The Bungalow includes an outdoor patio and private parking. Even though the location is downtown, it is quiet and private. Maxine's Market and Blue River Liquors are all just a short walk. Very close to lots of outdoor activites

Serenity Acres

Over 5 acres of pure serenity, just the sound of nature all around you! Beautiful Tucker Lake with hiking trail all around it just a mile away. This park like atmosphere has room for tents, RVs , boats, 4 wheelers and more. Just under 5 miles from the Fabulous French Lick and West Baden Resort town, but totally secluded.Cabin has two porches with rocker gliders and heavenly views. Private Guest House close to everything!

The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

You'll love relaxing in the 6-person hot tub, rocking on the covered front porch, and roasting marshmallows around the backyard fire pit. Cabin is a short drive to French Lick/West Baden.

Lovely Country Loft Lake, Hiking, Woods, Relaxing

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This loft was made from wood sawn and milled on this farm. Enjoy Indiana hardwoods as they surround you in this space. Centrally located, you are not far from Holiday World, Jasper, Lincoln City, Patoka Lake and Historic Huntingburg. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The living area has two twin beds, TV, WiFi and Kitchen. This space is perfect for singles, couples, or small families. Most love the spiral staircase and large deck.

Walking distance to French Lick Hotel, this house is completely redone with high end finishes and professional interior design. You will find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own custom bathroom. The master bedroom opens to a large master bath with separate soaking tub. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open concept and a great place to relax with friends after a round of golf at the hotel or a relaxing spa treatment there. The Caroline is a beautiful home.

RiverTown Retreat – Cozy 2BR Near River & Downtown

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The wooded property provides maintained walking trails for plenty of wildlife viewing pleasure and exercise. The property also features a swimming pond. Location is 8 miles from Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Amphitheater. 10 miles from Interlake State Off Road Recreation Area. 13 miles from Holiday World. 30 miles from Evansville casinos. This is a four season resort/stay, with long summers and mild winters.

Eagle Pines Cabin (Eagle Adventures LLC)

Relax w/us at our beautiful, comfortable, and private Eagle Pines Cabin. We are 12 miles from Holiday World. The Cabin has its own private hot tub and also includes a private fire pit and we supply the firewood. Cabin is stocked with everything you’ll need. Hosts are on site, but out of sight. Our other rentals are Eagles Nest (3BR option) and Eagles Nest Plus (4BR option). Starting with the 2026 season check out will be at 10 am ON SUNDAYS ONLY, 11AM all other days.

The Hoosier Homestead is nestled in the gently rolling hills of southern Indiana on historic Hoosier farmland. The beauty of southern Indiana is right outside the Homestead doorstep with scenic drives to numerous points of interest just minutes away. The Hoosier Homestead provides a cozy gathering space for your family and friends. Whether relaxing inside or counting stars by the fire bowl at night, everyone loves our Homestead. It is a great place to come together!

Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.
