I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! Overall great experience. The house was very clean. Check in/Check out was easy, and Luis was responsive for any questions. The home is in a great location between Boulder and Denver. Couldn't recommend any higher.

Love this place! We were there for family weekend at CU and this place was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle and traffic of Boulder but close enough to do all the things. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with wildlife and starry nights, and just steps from a really nice hiking trail. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need and great deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet. Our host was responsive and helpful and could not have been more accommodating - I had one little inquiry and he called me and we had it sorted immediately. Definitely top notch!

Rita was always available to response. Place is near to the national park. Very clean and great surroundings.

Jill is super responsive host. She provided useful information before check-in and maintained responsive throughout our stay. The property is in great condition and amenities were provided spot on.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very comfortable & clean. Beds are comfortable & liked that it had Roku TVs which made it easy to connect to our streaming apps. It’s also in a great location near the Main Street in town with restaurants & shops. Such a nice little town! Would definitely book again!

Luc was a great host, checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. The house is adorable, clean and very spacious! We loved how walkable everything was as well. Comfortable beds. Comfortable, large sofa and plenty of seating. So nice having a washer and dryer too! We would love to visit again for sure!

This place worked perfect for our family's ski trip. We used the free bus that was a very short walk from the parking area to get us to and from Winter Park. We also enjoyed the included hot tub, steam room, and racquetball court that were just down the street.
