PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. This apartment is a quiet and relaxing place to stay; we are located 14 minutes to the Fort Myers Airport and 10 minutes to the I-75; we are close to several malls, including Edison Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, and Belt Tower, also near to Popular Universities as FSW and FGCU. The area is a fantastic place for fishing, boating and nature lovers. The house has a private boat dock with one lift. Boat owners/renters can bring boat and keep at our dock during the stay. The boat dock is free.
