We had a really great stay at this place. The location is super convenient—close to the beach and just a few minutes drive to the different touristlocatikns. Although the area is mostly for surfers, it was still quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere was very cozy and made us feel at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up. They had all the amenities we needed, like a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and even some nice little extras. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi. It was clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Such a nice bonus! Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing vibe. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

Beautiful cosy property with excellent views. The host provided all the information we needed. The property is pet friendly and they've got an enclosed space for pets as well. The beds were very comfortable and all bedrooms got beautiful views. Easy to enjoy sunsets from the bedrooms or living areas of the house. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here and would stay again.

We had a lovely long weekend in Venus Bay. Gert’s place was a great space for our family (including dog). Gert was responsive when we needed to reach out to him. It was a peaceful location and great drinking coffee on the veranda watching the sunrise.

Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Living space was good size for us as a couple with a toddler, might have been stretched to comfortably fit another couple. Helen and Eric were very quick to respond to messages sent which made for a relaxing time away. Would definitely stay again when visiting Melbourne.

Gorgeous old building with plenty of character in the perfect location for the international garden show! Karen’s studio has a great view of Carlton Gardens, is beautiful, restful with lovely breezes, and sooo many restaurants nearby (only a 5 minute stroll to Lygon street). A lovely cosy place to come home to. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

Jims unit is in a fabulous location, and as it is at the rear of the block there is no High St Road noise. It was fantastic to be so close to Moby cafe and a short walk to the Gardner Hotel. The space was full of light, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equiped with washing machine and dishwasher There is a small spiral stair case to get up to the apartment with 25 stairs, this was no issue for us as we had small suitcases. Thanks Jim for leaving a delicious baguette which when toasted was sensational, particularly with the fancy butter and jam you also provided. We had a fantastic stay, and would book the unit again.

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

Jeff & Melinda’s apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed at in Melbourne. They were very proactive with their communication, the apartment was clean, beautifully styled and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even included a few extras, such as a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the kids! Our children loved the addition of a few games and of course the swimming pool and spa was a highlight. The view from the apartment is brilliant and the trams just outside make travelling around easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place in a nice traditional part of Cowes. Perfectly maintained and well equipped, great shower, good beds and welcoming to pets. Lovely little front yard too. Highly recommended. And kahli is a great, responsive host.

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

We had a great stay at Steve and Ka Ling's accommodation. Brilliant location in Olinda, walk to the pub, peaceful and private. Bonus to have a spa and pool table. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is some cookware (frypans/saucepans etc) so that you could cook your own meals if wanted. Some rugs and soft furnishings around the lounge area would make it cosier and less echoey. We would recommend this property to others.

had a lovely stay here as pre-wedding accommodation. place was super clean, awesome gardens for our fur baby, and host was kind to reach out to me when we accidentally left something behind and even offered to post it to us! peaceful place and highly recommend! can't praise this place enough, a hidden gem in Mt. Dandenong

We booked blackwood for our wedding anniversary. I was looking for a lux 2 night escape that felt dreamy and romantic and this is exactly what we got! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was able to be made dark allowing us to have long sleep ins (which is something we never get!) the thoughtful touch of the cheese board came in very hand while taking a soak in the spa! The accomodation was situated right in the heart of sassafras which is home to lovely little cafes and specialty stores (although the town is very sleepy until 10am) If you are going to this area we recommend the bakery ‘Proserpina’! Amazing pastries 🥐 and ‘The pig and whistle’ was a great pub night out. Thank you for such lovely accommodation we had a very memorable weekend x

Polperro’s villas are so beautiful with incredible views of the vineyards. Loved the wine selection, they all were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities, wine selection, chocolates, mini bar, breakfast options. Inside was supper clean, spacious, too warm to use the fireplace but would have been nice. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and admire the view. It was so peaceful.

Very nice clean little bungalow perfect for couples. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.
