You're steps from terrific shops, bars, and restaurants. Right outside the condo is the free bus stop to world-class skiing at Winter Park. It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.

Cozy 1 bedroom Granby Ranch condo

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.

I'm sharing with you my home away from home. A stay here comes with wonderful views of the Continental Divide and Winter Park Resort. The Lyft (free bus) stops just a few steps from the house. Cute studio with everything you need. The bed is a murphy bed, very comfortable. Comfy couch with ottoman. Kitchenette, bathroom. This property is very simple. Close to trails to trails and the town of Winter Park and Fraser. You might even see some wild life! Leave your worries behind and get in the zone! Rise with the sun, Sleep with the stars, Always create fireworks!
