The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

Unit has been freshly painted and always very clean with fresh bedding and lots of towels provided. Close to shopping, University, Hospital, local attractions and many lakes. The unit is located above a professional engineering office and has a private entrance. There are no cost laundry machines for long term guests. The unit has hot water, heating, and air conditioning.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
