"Downtown" Alfred, Alfred State & Alfred University are within easy walking distance. Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is less than an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

If you're passing through town on your travels or a local looking for a private get away, this is the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. You can sit by the fire, look across to see fireflies in the field or tilt your head back to have an amazing star-gazing experience. A one of a kind property to make memories with friends, family, or for a special romantic get away. Access to 93 acres with trails to walk or mountain bike on, fields to wander through and wildlife.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of space to enjoy nature with your family and extended family. A beautiful wrap around porch over looking a pond is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The pond is perfect for swimming, fishing, and ice-skating in the winter. Enjoy the sounds of the calming sounds of the waterfall as you sit and relax on the dock. A nice space for a family reunion, family parties, weekend getaways, and Bachelorette gatherings.

Quiet cabin in the woods with pond view/firepit

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

Cozy Cuba Cabin

This cabin is located in the serene Enchanted Mountains with plenty outdoor activities and just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.

A semi remote, off the grid, newly constructed,comfortable 14' x 24' cabin with a 8' x 14' porch. Solar powered with running hot water and heat. Located on 90 acres of recreational and hunting land. The electricity is sourced from an on-site solar system, with a remote start generator to assure never losing power. This location is for those who are looking for an experience different from the hotel/motel setting. However, still providing all basic amenities Hunting is available.

The Cottage House

The Cottage House is cozy and private. In a pretty country setting, you'll enjoy a private backyard covered patio. Also a comfortable queen size bed in a cozy bedroom suitable for a couple, with a television, desk area, and access to the outside patio and hillside view. The full size bathroom has a walk in shower, suitable for handicap guests. The full kitchen is completely equipped for preparing meals at the island. A seperate coffee/tea nook in kitchen.

Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination

The Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination is the entire second floor of this beautiful Victorian home, located 2 blocks from the Wellsville Main St businesses and events. You will enjoy clean, warm, spacious rooms with comfortable king beds. Each private bedroom has its own living room with a day bed and tv. The full kitchen is very accommodating, and the large bathroom includes a washer and dryer.

This unique place has a style all its own. This 1BR space "delivers" when it comes to comfort and convenience. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Has a deck if you would like to just relax or enjoy a meal. This cozy space is on the second story so if you have a hard time with stairs sadly we aren't the place for you. Try us out, you won't be disappointed!!

The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
