Walk, Bike, Car (Uber or Lyft), Joy Ride, Music City Bus (this is a free Metro bus and has a drop off and pick-up locations 2 blocks from the house. No smoking on the premises. No parties or loud activities allowed. No outside guests are allowed to stay overnight. No pets allowed. Do not put luggage on the beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. This home has been lovingly restored. Please treat it with respect. Germantown is a mix use neighborhood with residents and businesses. Please respect neighbors and the neighborhood by keeping noise at a respectable level (especially when coming and going at night) and not littering the streets.

Walk two blocks to the Music City Circuit stop for the free downtown bus service, or take a short stroll down Church St to the entertainment district. Walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River for incredible city views. If you don't have a car I suggest downloading the LYFT or Uber application to your smartphone. This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city by auto. It's about a $7 ride to the downtown entertainment district! Or you could walk (app 7 mins) to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall State Park area. There you can rent bikes or catch the free downtown bus loop (Music City Circuit) that runs from 6 am till 6 pm at 7th and Harrison. We are a mile walk or a short Uber ride to all downtown hotspots including Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Nashville’s famous honky tonk bars and Ascend Amphitheater. Easily Uber/cab ride to any neighborhood in Nashville! Walk, rent a bike at Nashville B Cycle, drive your own car, or arrange and Uber or Lyft ride! If you plan to take in sights and sounds outside of a 3-4 mile radius of downtown, we highly recommend driving your own car as public transit is minimal. We have a 3 night minimum stay on weekends, but no minimum on weekdays. Friday and Saturday nights need to booked under the same reservation as this is our most popular time. There are 3 bedrooms, but can sleep 10 comfortably. All mattresses and sheets are new and fresh. Rent it for Thanksgiving or Christmas to enjoy a family get together while cooking in the large open kitchen with gas stove. We have a Keurig and the house will be stocked with coffee and tea K cups and the fridge will be stocked with water bottles. But please bring your own food and drinks. You will have access to the entire home. You will be given an access code to the front door, or you can download the August smart lock app and we can grant you access. Upon entry, you will receive a garage door remote and a physical key in case the August smart locks stop working. 24 hour access available for late travelers if notified in advance. Guests that drive in can use the garage but plenty of parking in front of house as well. I live in Nashville and will be available for help throughout your stay via the app, text or phone. The house is in Germantown, the hottest and quaintest neighborhood in Nashville. It’s within walking distance of many of Nashville's top restaurants, bars, and breweries. Uber or Lyft is a great way to get around, but you can also walk or rent a bike (B Bikes stations are everywhere) to all the Germantown restaurants, shops, breweries and bars, downtown and more.
