"The Shed"

At first glance, yes it's a shed. But explore further and you will find an unique Aussie experience, a fully functional self contained room. Shower, toilet and kitchenette. All private and seperate from our house. It's normally used for overnighters by family and friends. Please be open minded in your expectations, it's not the Ritz, Hilton, Taj Mahal but what it is clean, tidy, private affordable accomadation. Single or couple. Please note that toilet, shower and sink are located in same room.

Charmaine and Steve are the hosts at Halletts Valley Hideaway - a luxurious self-contained cottage tucked away amidst vineyards on the outskirts of Tanunda, in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley. The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, spectacular Barossa sunsets, kangaroos amongst the vines and blue wrens on the lawn.

Staying at Ford Cottage for a romantic getaway or much-needed time out will help you relax and enjoy your time in the Clare Valley. A warm fire and air-conditioning ensures you'll be comfortable all year round. There are generous breakfast provisions to start your day, indoor and outdoor cooking facilities and an outdoor spa looking out over the private cottage garden to recuperate in after your activities. Stays of two nights or longer - your choice of a bottle of local red or white wine.

Looking for a getaway - The Loft is tops! Perfect location, walking distance to multiple cellar doors, cross the road to Ulster Park, The Little Birds and Joyful Bunch, The Rising Sun with an IGA a short walk away. The Loft (accessible via staircase) is a two bedroom apartment; main double bedroom (sleeps 2) has a slow combustion heater, reverse cycle AC, sofa & TV, cosy twin bed room, large eat in kitchen, bathroom with large bath & shower, onsite parking. Heaters & electric blankets!

WHISTLER VINEYARD RETREAT

Set on 80acres in the heart of the Barossa Valley this private, self-contained guest wing is surrounded by vineyard and gardens. Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Take in the views from the verandas, sit by the campfire (during the cooler months) or relax in the hammock.

The Olde Lolly Shop Bed & Breakfast in Mintaro

This stone and iron dwelling was originally a coach building business and is now our much loved home. We are delighted to be able to share with guests a private retreat with it's own entrance which is completely self contained with private amenities, separate living and bedroom area. Enjoy a slow combustion wood fire, deluxe spa and a cooked breakfast delivered to your door.

Under the Oaks, Hahndorf, Adelaide Hills

Under the Oaks is a beautifully converted 1858 church just for couples. Situated in Hahndorf in the stunning Adelaide Hills, just 15 minutes up the freeway, nestled under historic oak trees and within walking distance to the vibrant main street. Amble the historic village and discover the array of shops, wineries, restaurants, galleries and cafes. Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.

Graced with views of the natural surroundings and carefully planned to provide guests with a private experience, Mintaro Cottage's Cyprus villa is a fabulous setting for escape and relaxation. Crafted in 1856 from slate into a carpenter’s barn, with extensive restoration and contemporary open plan. The Villa boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a charming wood fireplace.
