Nice house & Comfortable!! Definitely recommend to stay here

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The house was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup, which made our stay even more fun. The location was peaceful and private, perfect for a quiet getaway. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the basic appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. The house stayed cool and breezy, so air conditioning wasn’t necessary, though it did get a bit warm in the afternoon. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and private stay!"

Worth hours of drive from south state and chose to find peace at khaiiestate. A very luxurious ambience, great hospitality and the food was also good! Fair price for two. Definitely would come here again ✨

Had an amazing stay! The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. Great communication from the host as well. Would definitely stay here again—5 stars!

A great place. One of my top lists after so many times deal with Airbnb. Near to Cheras Selatan too where super easy to find food no matter breakfast lunch or dinner. Easy to get there, guards also friendly. Definitely will come back again if wanna meet for friends near this area. Great experience.

We had an incredible experience staying here. The place was exactly how it was described, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. It takes 10-15 mins with Grab to reach shopping places and other attractions, which is not too far. I do not mind staying here one more time when I come back to visit KL.

Spacious and clean unit with 4 comfortable queen-sized beds across 4 rooms. Lighting was great, and the overall amenities were well-maintained. Each room had its own wardrobe, and the bathtub was a nice touch. Kitchen utensils were clean, and the fridge worked well. A cozy stay overall — only downside is that it’s a little far from central areas, so do plan for Grab rides.

Such a lovely place. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting KL. Location was perfect and the amenities (pool, gym etc) were amazing.

Amazing place with easy access with the location and transportation. A comfy stay and the owner is kind. Would come back for a stay if around the area again!
