Angela and her husband Jim were very friendly, sweet helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at their house in the beautiful quaint beach neighborhood of Warwick. One thing that stood out was the house did not smell like heavy and scents. I am a stage three cancer survivor so I live a nontoxic lifestyle. I liked how the bath towels and the bedding And the furniture did not smell like heavy chemicals/scents for me and my toddlers. The house was clean, beautiful and so cozy. My toddlers had a blast, and it was hard for everyone to leave. 10/10. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s I loved this house :)

This was a last minute booking for our family for a quick getaway. It’s a serene setting that gave us exactly the recharge that we needed. We very much appreciated the host’s flexibility and responsiveness.

This was one of the greatest Airbnb stays I have had! This house of very continent do the beach. They have chairs and an umbrella for you so you don’t need to pack them. Also there are so many great beaches near by to pick from. This house is beautiful and was perfect for the girls weekend we had planned. We all highly recommend this place and all want to make it our new yearly tradition to stay here!

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bill’s place again. The private beach was amazing. The views were stunning and the outside well well equipped with furniture. The house itself was beautiful. Updated and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possible need for a gourmet meal. Sometimes when we rent houses, they are poorly equipped. Not this one. It was such a relief. The neighborhood was great and the next door neighbor was very friendly. The area has a lot of restaurants and stores, so everything is close by. Bill was very communicative and quickly responded to any inquiries. He was a great host. Honestly I have nothing bad to say.

Bryan’s home was lovely. We spent a long Easter weekend here with our dogs and family. It was just as described. Would stay again if in the region.

Liam’s place was perfect for us. Walking distance from town, very comfortable for a family of five and family dog.

We absolutely loved Nicole’s place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to. We used it as a starting point on some trips to Plymouth and Newport. The house is set up very well, had all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable. Our kids loved going to the beach every day, which is only a two minute drive away, and easily walkable. Nicole also shared several recommendations with us and she did not disappoint! I’d highly recommend her cottage.

Location! Location! Location! Really nothing else to say. lol This was my first time staying at Sunset Sanctuary, but it definitely won't be my last. I was there this past weekend, which is off-season, but had fantastic weather. Had a couple questions upon arrival to which owners responded to and answered immediately. The house was clean & comfortable. I felt like I was home. There's a large deck over looking the ocean. I spent hours sitting out on the deck, out on the beach, walking my dog, and just enjoying the sounds of the ocean & beauty of it all. I almost hate to recommend the place because I want ensure availability for myself in the future, but honestly it is worth every penny. Lots of local restaurants to enjoy. Plenty of windows, and doors to open to let the ocean breeze in. The only downside was that I couldn't stay forever. Can't wait to book again next spring! Thank you Sophia and your parents for offering to share such a beautiful piece of heaven.
