This is my 2nd stay at Barry and KC’s well-appointed, comfortable, spacious and wonderfully restful apartment. It is very conveniently located for getting about town. Hosts are extremely kind and helpful. As KC says, the well-tended house plants and furnishings adhere to Feng Shui (most successfully). I could not recommend this apartment more highly.

Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

The apartment was great! Even thought it was right on a busy main street we still had a great sense of privacy and no noise. The location was amazing with a tram stop right outside the front door and amazing cafes and bars within five minutes walking distance (highly recommend Take Two coffee and bagels across the road). The apartment itself was fully furnished with everything we needed for a short stay ie stovetop, fridge, and much more. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay outside of the CBD while still being within a 20 min tram ride from everywhere. Thank you so much Janice for such a lovely stay!

Superb place, large proportions. Well equipped and A+ hosting. Very private, easy to find and well located 5 minutes or so from town, which has lots of dining and entertainment options, especially the renowned Easter Festival which was our 2nd time to, and we travel to Bendigo at least 1-2 times per year. Recommend this stay to others, and close by to local shops, use of pool & BBQ facilities. An easy driving distance from Melbourne, and this destination is ideal for families or larger groups with all the space, or just a couple like us - I'm sure our children regret not coming on such a wonderful long weekend away. Tanya’s apartment was the perfect accommodation for our stay in the area while a member of my family was in hospital. The apartment block is located across the road from the hospital precinct and couldn’t be more convenient. A few of the things that we loved were the quality furnishings, very comfortable beds, that it was very clean, had two bathrooms, the wonderful city views and that there is a reserved parking space. Co-host Heidi was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Had a fantastic stay here, great location and a very comfortable apartment. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Despite the central location it was also really quiet and felt secure. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely return if in Brunswick again!

Stunning home well set up for family or group gatherings all year round. Plenty of space both indoors and out and spectacular views of nearby hills.Particularly well suited for planned Flowerdale Estate functions. Lisa is very responsive and helpful. Very happy to have stayed at Polo!

Lovely, new home overlooking the golf course. The age old debate with air bnb’s - make sure you pack the essentials like toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder ect - it was inconvenient to head to the supermarket with 6 kids to organise. We did have a lovely time and would stay here again.

The retreat was a relaxing place to stay for our brief getaway to Echuca. Lots of space & close to cafes, restaurants & the river. Beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. Booking was easy & Tayla responded to us immediately when we had issues with the tv remote control which was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend Tayla’s place

We stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding nearby. It was perfect for a few couples to stay together, lots of space, great amenities and the pool was lovely.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay. The accommodation was private, spacious and beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located close to bus, trams and trains. Brunswick is a favorite for us with plenty of cafes, restaurants and places to explore. The highlight though were the hosts, responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my family had an excellent stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely break!

Great apartment in a good location, close to Lygon St with all its restaurants and to Rathdowne Village with lovely cafes and walkable to Melbourne CBD. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for our 3 day stay for a family wedding. The host provided great helpful instructions prior to arrival.

Tanara’s apartment was the perfect place to stay in North Melbourne. It had the ideal amount of space, was wonderfully presented and had amenities close by. It was located close to the city centre which was easily reachable by tram or a short walk. Tanara was very responsive throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to stay in Melbourne!

Anges condo was beautiful! She was always very responsive and quick to answer our questions. It was easy access to the train station to get to our daily tours. The River view was stunningly beautiful. We loved our stay at Ange’s condo.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. The location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Fitzroy, we were walking distance from great cafés, restaurants, and shops, yet the apartment remained quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, professional, and quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. It was perfect for a 2 days stay after a long drive. The parking spot is a bit tight but nothing they can do about it. Lovely place !

Perfect location, very easy access and ability to navigate local transportation. Host very responsive , great building and local grocery shops . CBD very very close and Queen Victoria market a 10 min walk away which we frequented often.

Had a great stay! The unit was cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located close to IGA for quick groceries shopping and the tram line into the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend Monica and the stay!
